4400 PC build

Hi guys, I'm new to building a desktop as this will be my first one. I'm not a tech person, nor am I familiar with most things. I only have the basics. Now, I'm building a desktop around the budget of 4400RM. I reside in Malaysia, but most of my parts would be bought in hong kong, which I know is a risk of having a shorter warranty or no warranty at all. Within the budget, I literally have to include everything there is to a desktop, meaning a monitor as well. I'm not sure if these are compatible for each other. The use of this computer is for me to play LoL (almost exclusively), or single player games that really does not require super strong graphics card. However, when I do play games, i play for long hours, thus, im getting a mid-high graphics card. I will not be overclocking either simply because i dont know how and i dont think it'll benefit me anyways. This is my following build (prices are in HKD and gotten from price.com.hk):

CPU: Intel core i5-4690 $1620
Motherboard: ASUS H97-Pro Gamer $990
GPU: ASUS GTX 950 2GB DDR5 $1450 (Not sure to get the 950 or the 960, any suggestions?)
HD: Western Digital WD2000FYYZ 2TB $913
SSD: Sandisk 128GB $359
RAM: Corsair Vengeance pro DDR3 1600Mhz 2x8GB $999
Power Supply: Corsair VS550 550w $359
Total: $6690 ($3755RM)
Remaining: $1060 ($600RM) for monitor and casing.

I have left the casing and monitor out as those I will have to buy in Malaysia.
Of course I want to get the best build there is out there for me, however, I really cannot go past this budget as it already is the maximum that I can go. And most importantly, I don't know whether or not these are compatible and whether or not it will make full use of each part of the computer. As I mentioned before, I really am new, I don't study computers, or follow up on the news, so please make your replies dummy-proof. Thanks

3k-4k Desktop Build

Hi guys, I'm currently building a new desktop. My budget is about 3500-4000 RM, however, my parents are in hongkong, which is why most of the internal components are going to be bought there, depending on which place has the cheaper price. The budget in hongkong dollars would be 7000-8000, and I've come up with a list of specs. I'm not sure which to improve, nor which is too good. This computer is meant to last for about a decade, and although i game, i only play games like league of legends and dota 2, which does not require high end graphics card, but when i do play, i play for long hours, which is why im reluctant to buy a low end graphics card. Also bear in mind this computer is supposed to last long, so I wont be upgrading any of the parts, therefore i'm going for the best of what I can get within the budget. The monitor is also part of the budget.

Parts (Budget): Model and specs
Monitor (500rm): BenQ GW2250HM 21.5" 1920x1080 20,000,000:1 4ms (spkr) or AOC E2260SWHU 21.5" 1920x1080 20,000,000:1 2ms (spkr)
Casing (200rm): Corsair SPEC-01
Power Supply (300rm): Corsair VS550 550W or Antec VP600P 600W
Motherboard (600 rm): MSI Z97 GAMING 5 or MSI Z170A KRAIT GAMING
CPU (900rm): Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5G 1600MHz
Graphics Card (750 rm): ASUS STRIX-GTX950-DC2OC-2GD5-GAMING or MSI GTX 950 GAMING 2G
RAM (400 rm): Corsair Vengeance CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10 DDR3-1600 8G
HD (700 rm): WD Caviar Green 3TB

If there are any suggestions, or find somethings that are not compatible with each other, please help. I really am new to this, so if you say stuff about units and how they are better, please dumb it down for me
