Selling my 1st house

Hi all,

I'm selling my 1st house and intend to make EPF loan reducing withdrawal for my 2nd home which was already purchased in 2017.

Called EPF Hotline and was told to prepare the following:
1. Sale & Purchase with buyer for the 1 st house
2. Proof of ownership transfer - local authority or LHDN

My question is on item 2 above.

How do I go about to get the proof?

All legal provedures (SPA, Form² etc) was done about 1 month ago.

Getflix for US Netflix

Hi guys,

I am using Getflix to watch US Netflix on my Samsung TV with no problem.

My router is with static route and Getflix DNS to get to US content.

I have another TV, Panasonic but for same reason, Netflix detected that I'm using proxy/geo-blocker.

I believe the TV is the problem but there is only setting for IP and DNS, which it got automatically from my router. Even manually assigned the IP & DNS also got blocked.

Samsung TV don't have this problem.

Any suggestion?

booster pump piping

Hi all,

I'm a bit confused on the right fitting for my water pump, Joven 2-30.

The pump is with 1inch outlet, and my existing poly pipe to/from tank is 40mm.

I need to basically reduce the piping from 40mm to 1inch.

My question is do I really need to get 40mm x 1inch reducer OR 40mm to 32mm?

Also is 32mm fitting is equivalent to 1inch fittings or I must get 1inch fitting for the pump?

Deposit paid but want to cancel

Hi all,

Want to ask some questions here.

I have made a deal for bedroom set + kitchen cabinet during one of the home expo recently.

The price seems reasonable at that time for both packages and I've swiped my card for almost 50% deposit.

However, I have a doubt later especially on kitchen cabinet as it seems few thousands more expensive that other quotes that I get for the same design.

Now, I want to cancel the kitchen cabinet but still maintain the bedroom set. I still need to pay few thousands more.for the bedroom set alone minus the deposit.

The shop says I cannot cancel. My argument is that both packages are offered separately, not one price for both. In.my opinion, I have a right as there is no work done yet and I still take their bedroom package.

What do you thinks. I will go to the shop later to further discuss this but appreciate your guys inputs.

Hi all,

I bought my Toyota Wish from Naza in 2006 and now I wanted to sell it off. However, I couldn't locate the copy of the AP which is required for me to sell the car.

Anybody know what should I do? My googling suggest I to contact Custom and to retrieve the copy from their archive.

Is this the only way? Would Naza kept the copy in their record somehow?

Appreciate the help from you guys.

I just purchased sealed PS4 from other forumer here. He won the PS4 from a contest, therefore no purchase receipt was given.

The unit is confirmed to be Malaysia official set with the warranty sticker and all that.

My issue is how to register for the warranty. asia.playstation.com website is too confusing.

I've register PSN and have got the online ID tied to the unit already.

Can't Connect to Relakks

Hi all,

Anybody managed to connect to Relakks recently? I've not managed to connect since the earthquake thing. First thought it is due to international link is down, but now with everything almost back to normal, since cannot connect.

Managed to get up to verify username/password onl, then error msg saying connention to remote computer cannot be establish.

Will email them later though.
