[WTA] Smartphone Motherboard Repair

Hi guys and girls.

Is there any place that you recommend for smartphone motherboard repair anywhere in KL and Selangor?

The phone is Xiaomi Mi 9. Almost 2 years old. Warranty ended already. Been to Mi Centre and they quoted to changed the motherboard which is more expensive than the current Mi 9 price.

I've been to 2 places and currently the phone is at the 2nd place, in the midst of fixing they said. 1st place said that the problem is with the motherboard GPU. This 2nd place looks quite promising than the 1st one as they said it can be fixed. Just need to find other shop too in case the 2nd place can't fix it.

Please give answer based on your experience, not by Google. And please don't ask me to buy other Mi 9 or other phone. I have other phone for daily use. Just trying my luck to fix this phone. Really appreciate it. Thank you guys and girls.

ISP Seri Kembangan

Hi guys. Need your opinion for the ISP for my house. Seems like Im having bad luck with:

- TIME (No coverage)
- UniFi (Port full, already make demand list, no response)
- Maxis Home Fibre (Also port full, using TM infra, make demand list but regret to inform me that TM not planning to add port or whatever in my area)
- Streamyx (No port too)

Can you guys recommend me something with unlimited quota and also your experience using the ISP.

File Server

Hi sifus!

Currently setting up a small office. Thinking of installing a File Server for the office that have backup function. Offsite backup just let me worry about it. Just dont tell me to do DIY NAS. That is a bit inappropriate I think. Hehe.

Mind to share your idea guys? If no idea maybe I just go for any good NAS with RAID.
Budget around 1K ~ 2K I think. Cheap one also can. And this File Server is for long term. Muchos gracias!

Red Ruby Apartment, Seri Kembangan

Hi. I don't know if this is the suitable place to ask. If not, mod please move my thread.
I got questions regarding Red Ruby Apartment. I'm thinking of living there. Just give me your opinion, no heart feeling here. But don't bash too much.

Anyone living there?
How's the environment? Good? Bad? Any 2 cents?
How's the management? Good? Bad? Any 2 cents?
Parking there OK?
Crime rate on the surrounding?
Neighborhood peaceful or?
Since the new entrance and exit for MEX is near the apartment, will the price goes up later? (Not into investment actually, just curious if buy later price go higher *sigh*)
Is the price now reasonable for the apartment, 220K - 260K?

Just add anything related to this property. My question is top priority of course.
