So i went to the gym like normal what i do, so when the moment i requested for some of their services that stated on their website(I don want to mention what services was that, do not dirty mind pls), i was requested for the open and asking why was it not 24hr i thought it was 24hr and so the staff who from india was so impolitely answering my question straight like &quot;you go ask the management la&quot;. I was like Okay&#33; previously i have already experience once something like this, so i lazy to talk to the staff so i called the manager, i was politely asking can you call your manager and i talk to him, and he was like &quot;call yourself la&quot;. Okay&#33; fine, i call myself then, i talk to the management who claim himself the manager, alright, i would say he sound really bad, not being racist, but you are giving services by right you should lower your sound and listen to your customer about the issue that they are facing, in fact i got different one, he&#39;s like keep wanted to stop me from talking and say like &quot;no problem i ll fix the problem okok, bye sir&quot;. i was like Okay&#33; fine. Thats my limit&#33; so what i do i get into their facebook page express some of my fair feedback, fine, again they do not allow people to post status on their page, so i comment on their post about the problem that im facing, to let them get awareness.<br /><br />The funny part is here, i get a call back straight away, ohhh, i thought that so effective their services&#33; I WISH...<br /><br />The manager spam my phone call and moment when i pick up the call, i got a again i got a very impolite voice from the manager asking, &quot;hey Mr. did you post something on our facebook page?&#33; what happened to you.&quot; <br /><br />At this point everyone, is this what you suppose to get, that you paid for a service that worth like 100rm per month?&#33; WTFish Man... <!--emo&:angry:--><img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='mad.gif' /><!--endemo--> <!--emo&:angry:--><img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='mad.gif' /><!--endemo--> <!--emo&:angry:--><img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='mad.gif' /><!--endemo--> <br />at the beginning i was still holding myself talking nicely with him, fine i don like to argue, so i just told him, you re services simply just not good that was wht i wanted to say, he keep giving me back like you can just talk to me la blablabla&#33; I was like thinking, does it make any sense that i have already talk to you about that? i even request he&#39;s highest management number or email, i personally email them about this, he seems guilty and refuse to answer on that, he keep getting back round and round on i should talk to him insteead.
