Maxis Fibre internet problem

Anyone facing slow connection or even worse unable to connect to internet at the moment? I called maxis, they mention that I'm not special case. They are having some connection problem at the moment. I've been facing the same issues for almost a year and called them several times still the issues is not fully resolved yet.

How salary is calculated based on daily count?

Eg: 2500 / 26 * number of day
or 2500 / 30 * number of day?

Lets say 2.5k is my basic
after epf should be 2275

Take the after EPF amount into calculation or the basic?

Im considered NEW in the company, as i worked there as part time before. Im wondering, how did they know whats my EPF number as i did not provide it to them.
