Paper keep jam. Even if no paper I print it will try to feed then say paper jam

How much for such service? Bot sure if worth it or not. Buy new one rm4xx.

Hey guys.

I been ordering books from bookdepository for the past 1 year. So far all sampai.

But lately 3 of my books fail to arrive.

While in havs reported it to them and they were gracious enough to resend it(waiting for arrival) but it's been bugging me.

Is there a way for me to report to Pos Malaysia?

1. Due to cost Bookdepository does not have tracking awb etc
2. Worried got stuck at custom
3. Usually i order 2 books and cost is less than rm100

Now I a bit worried ordering..
