I see birth control pills from my gf

I had a new gf... Recently she moved in to stay with me

In one of the luggage I saw birth control pills those 28 days tablets, from the box looks quite old.. should be 1 year ago..

I also saw pregnancy test kit..

I also saw a picture of pregnancy tested with 'positive' photo before in her personal photo.. not from whatsapp photo'

I am confuse what should i do? what should i ask her.. or i should just ignore its her past..
