Auction property - ex owner want it back

Hai all,

I just won an auction unit and now in the process of transferring the title. So far, what had been completed:
1- bank loan agreement signed
2- MOT is in the progress - lawyer has been appointed.
3- legal bank loan is in progress and yet to sign - lawyer has been appointed.
4- bank valuation yet to be done.

Recently, former owner called me and requested me to hold the purchasing process he wanted to keep the house. He said he will pay back my deposit.

I don't want to gaduh over this property so i told him, i am not sure if the process can be stopped as legal things currently on going, and other than my deposit, i am not sure what are other cost i need to pay as a result from this termination.

Right now i am ok to let go the property as long as he pay all everything back.

Asking everyone's opinion here what would happened if he pay me back the deposit and i am not continue the with 2 and 3? Can no 1still be cancelled? Any penalties if no 1 cancelled?

I want to change my 14 years old periuk nasi.

I am interested with Toshiba Honatsukama series coz the design look cantik and modern. But is it really good?

Also I saw some with fuzzy logic function etc. How does it help in cooking rice?

I don't need big one, just One periuk to cook for 2 medium size people only. We onli cook once or twice a week.

Sell house: lawyer charge documentation fees

Hi all,

I am selling my house through an agent.
The agent said there will be documentation fees
I hv received an invoice from the agent and very suprise the the lawyer charges is like almost 1% of the property price.

Professional charges:

Among the item in the bills are:
Deed of receipt and reassignment
CKHT 1A
CKHT 3
Application of developer confirmation
Statutory declaration
Letter of undertaking

Disbursement
Search land caveat etc
CTC title
Bankruptcy search

Is it normal for the seller to pay all this?

Dear /k,

What should I do?

My cat, the one in my profile picture, is diagnosed with kidney renal failure. She refuse to eat, I have to force feed her, start to vomit her food every day, pee every where not in her litter box. Her body lost 1 kg already.

I read that this is something irreversible.

I am very devastated now.

Shortest flight ever

Todei I took AA morning flight from KL to Kuantan. I departed at 7.05am and scheduled to reach Kuantan at 7.55am.

But the pilot was so great that we eventually landed at Kuantan at 7.40am. So it is only 35mins flight.

This is the shortest flight i ever had so far.
