I have accepted the offer at a competitor's company, and successfully hand in my resignation yesterday. Boss told me that we will have a meeting regarding my resignation today, dont know the exact time but will further update.

Before the meeting with boss, my superior (senior executive) set up a meeting between me and him only. Purpose is to prepare me before i confront my boss regarding whatever things that i may dislike during my employment in the company. So after careful consideration, my superior said that boss will definitely counter my salary. The amount is not yet determined but there will be a counter offer. He told me to make a decision when the counter offer comes.

I'd like to ask /k opinion on this particular situation. What do i do? If the boss decide to counter offer more or less the same as new company currently offering, should i take it? I heed the advice from a few friends and they told me that you are not appreciated then, why when the time comes for you to resign, they decide to appreciate you? During my time of employment, boss do treat me like dust.. even when last year annual appraisal, he put in quite a bad comment to ruin my annual performance, thus making me get lesser bonus than everybody in my office. Little did he know what he commented on me was a mistake. If only he would've treat me like an actual employer with some dignity and sit down and talk, then he would've never write a bad comment about me on the first place. Im usually not the type like a whiny bitch kinda person, but after so long and no improvement, i decide to tell it how it is.

Now when i'm about to chaw, he want to sit down and talk? and possibly a counter offer incoming? The only thing that makes me wanna stay in this company is my colleagues. They are like families. Im scared that it will never be the same environment in the new company.

Please come /k and comment about my dilemma.

Hi everyone, please bear with me, this is the story of my life. Need an honest opinion from you guys.

Okay so i've been applying and interviewing new opportunities since the start of year 2020. The reason is because i cant cope with my current company who the boss (director) never appreciate or even acknowledged their employee's presence. Never once have i ever been called by the director to discuss certain things or work stuff. Feel like there is no connection between boss and employee, and that goes the same for the whole technical department team. Boss only deal with the senior exec or the person in charge. For people like me, is like dust to him. Besides that the benefits of overtime sucks ass. Rm7/h rate on overtime boys. I would be better off working at a shopping mall man.

I've been getting interviewed left and right, but no company in their right mind has any reasonable offer to give. Lets say for example my current salary now is 10k. They would only give 7-8k and with very little benefits. This is what i call a lowball offer. For that reason my quest of finding a new company has become to an end by feb 2020.

Until one day in the midst of political scandal end of feb 2020, i was headhunted by a recruitment company offering an opportunity at my competitor's company. I seriously didnt know what to think and just went for the interview. The interview session was a positive vibe and after 2 days later i get the offer letter. The salary given is a raised by 1k than my current salary.

Problem comes in when i'm contemplating my resignation letter. I'd like to ask k/ serious opinion.. when i was first interviewed in my current company, my current company say that if i were to decide to leave the company one day, i would not allowed to join any competitive company for the period of 2 years. BUT, during that interview session, it was a verbal agreement which was later on not written agreement on my offer letter.

So my question is, if i were to jump ship to my company's competitor, would there be any backlash or lawsuit actions against me? Since it was a verbal agreement after all and wasnt recorded in anything.

Or should i not tell my current company where im heading to a new company?

Last Qistmas i went oversea and go through airpot SOP. suddenly the airport marshals were checking dese couples of chinosee, inhumane, dirty animal PRC visas. the marshals told them that starting year 2020, they no need visa to come mallsyia. me n wife we like waderpark? mallsyia open arms take in PRC cbkia ppl now?

See now how they take our land, properties. Even shit on them on public areas (public beaches and parks). Now mallsyia easily welcome them? GG sia. With the Wuhan virus currently spreading that came from a shit-breeding flea market in Wuhan, Mallsyia is next. No wonder they got virus. PRC ppl dirty asfak.

my company very lousy one. very big public listed company with over 2000 workers but still so lousy. main problem is their management. not the HR department but the upper management.

they decide to shutdown company for 5 days and the workers have to force take annual leave for 3 days. is this even legal? is there any way to report? what are the procedures?

inb4 my annual leave only 10 days. minus the 3 days forced leave, left me with 7. mf this company. even saturdays alternate, some more give me 10 days annual leave onry. i know most company if they want to shutdown, they wont touch staff's annual leave. this is ridiculous.

last week my company got fotoshoot for annual dinner presentation. got white moi as model some more. they shoot in front of my ofis. i stay office level 2. ayam horney want to see dat white moi shooting.

go downstairs, they still setting up camera, white moi not there. so nothing to see there i went to the guest bathroom which can go in both gender male/female.

i enter bathroom, see this white moi infront of bathroom mirror with bra only and holding her hair with full out ketiak exposed. hhhnnggggghhhhhh! i quickly apologized and looked away. she wasnt shocked at all. she looked at me dead in my eyes and said, "its okay. do u still want to use the bathroom?'. this situation got me shaky as hell and i ran off.

thinking back, i shouldve went for it edy. grabbed her nice white nasi lemak and pinned her to the wall. i doubt she'll scream for help. type of outgoing/open minded white moi.

i guess what i seen in the movies are correct. white mois leaving together with male housemates not to bother locking up bathroom door when showering. this type of shit makes me super honrey once i think back.

Okay i know my friend for since he was a kid and now we're almost 30 years old. He has told me that he has a left scrotum pain for quite some time now. Even when he was a teenager he said he could feel something's wrong with his left ball. Now it has gotten worst. He's left leg numbs every time he stand or walk for too long. He has done a medical checkup before and the doctor said it was an infection due to unprotected sex. But mind you, he told me that he has felt something's wrong with his left ball since he was a teenager. So that doctor's comment cannot pakai one. Now he's reluctant to go on further medical checkup coz hes afraid that the doctor will cut off his left ball leaving only one left or announced him erectile dysfunction. Manhood lost. Hes got a great career ahead of his life and im sad to see if anything happens to him. Really feel sorry to the guy. Hes like a brother to me. He cried while sharing this story. Any u guys know whats up? What needs to be done? Please advice thanks.

Im going on a holiday this christmas 25th december until 31st. Usually i've never been away leaving my beloved cat for more than 2 days, now i have no other choice.

Im paranoid with the fact that im dropping my cat to someone else's care as if i was dropping off my own child. My baby is a Persian, and it doesn't matter what breed is my cat, but i cant bear thinking if i ever lose it.

For example, what if i dropped my cat to lets say a well known pet boarding shop and everything went well for a couple of days. Then suddenly while on vacation i get a call that my cat is lost / died under their care. What am i suppose to do? Can i sue them for their negligence? Suing them wont bring my baby back though. Although the odds are rare but it can happen.

Like one time there was a malay celebrity who sent her special breed cat (didnt remember what breed) to the pet boarding, next day she found out her cat was missing and the one who was responsible at that time said her cat ran away. Only did she know that the one's responsible is making up "ran away" excuses just to abduct her cat and sell it somewhere else. She filed a police report and tup tup, her cat was back in the pet boarding LOL.

That said, i am very paranoid of these cases. Please tell me your insight on this matter coz i am a cat lover and i care about the well being of my cat as well as if it were my own child.

And please recommend a trustworthy pet boarding shop with a reasonable rate for my baby (my location is around damansara - sungai buloh) thanks

Usually my current company gives out bonus on the chinese new year month, which next year 2020 is end of January.. So lets say i get the bonus right, and i decide to resign and join at a new company that will start at March.. do u think i am eligible to get bonus at the new company the NEXT YEAR 2021 since i am not yet worked there 1 year?

If not, then please give me your opinion.
