I've been offered a work with company as IT/Engineering Related Position.

1) Company A - normal salary, flexible working hour (even can choose not to come to office as long the work is finished). Nice environment. SOHO Office.
Adv - relax environment
dis - i can't see future improvement here.

2) Company B - A new subsidiaries company. The boss want to expand his company range to IT service (already 20years *hint: related to Scomi*.
adv - share based salary - ill be given 25% of company free share if joined, flexible working hour, boss already got a lot of links in d industry. extremely attractive remuneration. nice environment. The boss is good mentor actually.
dis - a big gamble for freshie to accept salary based on share. And a new company?

3) Company C - MNC Company
adv - attractive salary, remuneration, flexible working hour, friendly environment. Secure salary.
dis - work is new to me/unrelated to my study. Career enhancement doesn't seem as good as company B.

The problem happen when i run CATIA program. It is ok at first until rendering time. It got stuck and blue warning screen occur.

So, i decided to restart the computer but all the sudden there is no display. Even the boot up screen. The monitor LED coloured orange (which supposely yellow).
All fan, hardisk is running fine.

So, at first, i thought it is monitor problem. but when i test it with other pc, it is working fine.

is it about grafic card or proc? i hope it is not a motherboard failure..

**i`ve reset the bios but still no display..

Cannot Boot To Sata Harddisk

Currently i`m using PATA Hdisk with win XP sp2 and just bought new 500gb SATA hdisk. Installation of OS is running smooth but the problem is after the installation finished and reboot, it said something like DISK FAILURE, REPLACE bla.. bla. bla.." But when i changed the PATA hdisk as primary Boot, i can login to the SATA one.

So, when login to windows, i copied the necassary files (Boot.ini, ntldr, NTDetect) to SATA but still the same problem occur when i changed the SATA one to primary boot.

How can i handle this problem coz i want to remove PATA hdisk..

i dunno what exactly the virus name..
but it hide all my .doc file. then, it create .exe with winword image and have same name with the hidden .doc name.
when i run AV and delete the virus (spoolfsv.exe o think..).. then my pc automatically restart and the virus been there again.

wht to do?

everytime i boot up, there were no display.
at first i thought it is mobo prob, but when replace the mobo.. it is still the same.
the maybe power suply.. replace it.. still the same..
replace the monitor.. still the same..
aredi out of idea..

is it when start the pc.. it will produce "tit" sound rite?
but my pc doesnt do it. it is on but do nothing. (coz the led signal is on)

what is the problem actually?

at my place.. ther is about 300+ user.. & connected each other..
the problem is..
when it reach 100+, the network start to lag, excess flood etc..

we`ve checked into looping, router, switch etc.. and we`ve disconnected problem one..
but da problem still occur..

perhaps ther is other suggestion?
