MOBO Not Posting..MSI board

My friend mobo not posting..also no sound..the diagnostic led shows all green=OS booting but no display...usually when booting the LED becomes red first then green(memory checking and others)...but this time straight all green.

Booting with only psu,ram vga still cannot...Is it graphic card problem or mobo kong?anyone encounter this b4?Thx guys.

System:

P4 2.0ghz
MSI 645 chipset board
256mb ddr333
geforce mx440
