The item was processed the same at my local post office. Then it was dispatched out to KLIA on the same day and processed through the airport sorting facility on 23th May 2019.. It was then dispatched to JFK-NYC Airport the same day. Unfortunately the status stopped exactly at the last movement of the parcel for about 3 months. The system didn&#39;t tell me when it arrived NYC or NJ after that. I checked the system every week for 3 months and it was the still the same status. Can you guys help me to resolve this problem?
