I'm looking for original Western Digital WD Blue SN570 2TB for a good price. Shopee seems to sell mostly PCie 4 now, only 1 - 2 sells PCie 3 for this model and most don't have 2TB.

I need to change my car's cooling coil. Something is leaking after going through a few air con services, they conclude it's likely coming from cooling coil as the outer area doesn't show any leak. The air also starts to smell, so suspect of mold built up in cooling coil.

I'm likely going to buy my own parts, but would like to know what would be a reasonable fee for the installation + gas?
I'm looking for some recommendation, please share if you guys have any contact for a good price around KL/Selangor area.

Recycling rates for metal and paper

I happen to have a lot of scrap metals and papers. I recently sold it to a scrap metal shop.

I realized their rate is RM1 per kg for metal and RM0.20 per kg for paper.

I'm wondering if there are any scrap metal shops that have better rates than this. I have large volume on paper and metal that i'd like to dispose regularly.

I need a system that i can access from my phone to know the order and also input new food item. But don't need sophisticated POS system with barcode, payment gateway, ewallet, etc... Just to know which table number, and what was the order and total price.

I'd like to know why is China's latency so much worse than the rest? HK seems normal. That's the latency similar to being connected to north America.

But if i remember correctly, it wasn't always like this.

Is this because of China's server use of VPN, censorship or firewall feature?

Recommendation for vibrating alarm watch

Wondering if anyone using some kind of vibrating alarm watch? I'm using it to wake up without disturbing people around me. The watch will just vibrate when time is up.

I'm looking for a watch with 2 session alarm function to remind myself of 2 specific time in the day. I used to have something like this image. It's very cheap but very practical for me.

The watch's main function was the vibrating alarm and i wasn't interested in those smart watches that offers 1k+ features. The only problem is the strap was made out of cheap silicone rubber which degrade easily and it's now torn. So i'm looking for watches with such feature + better strap.

Low budget around RM100 if anyone come across any watches like that, please recommend.

My concern is the quality of the vibration and the strap. I don't care about the other million functions it have.

Change of property name need to update MBSJ?

Does anyone know if it's necessary to update MBSJ when 50% of a property has been transferred to someone else? Also, is there any penalty for not updating them? Although i have to mention the strata have already been updated with PEJABAT DAERAH DAN TANAH PETALING and LHDN long ago. The lawyer did it long ago, but wonder why didn't they update the MBSJ.

Recently i decide to get a form to update from MBSJ, but i saw this...

So i just called up to the MBSJ assessment dept. There won't be any penalty for now, but they encourage people to update it ASAP before the gov decide to execute this regulation.
