Trouble Relaxing When Poop. Biofeedback treatment?

For the past few years, I think I have been pooping wrongly ever since I had a haemorrhoid problem. I seem to be straining when pooping and can't relax most of the time causing my anal hole to be like tight and small. This cause me to have recur haemorrhoid problems and anal pain. I use enema and creams to help when pooping and I have been using it a while but I don't think it solves the problem. It's very suffering. I research a lot and I think I finally found my problem. It's called "Dyssynergic Defecation" and it says biofeedback treatment could help.

So I wanna ask if anyone knows any clinic or specialist who can do this or has good knowledge on my problem?

Best place & price to buy Dualshock4? Spare parts?

Any shops to recommend to buy a new PS4 controller? Either the old or new version is fine but with a good and low price. Any shops in Sungei Wang or Low Yat?

Since it's about the Dualshock 4, the reason why I'm looking for a new one is because the analog sticks are having sensitivity problems due to wear and tear in the insides. I believe it has got something to do with this :- https://youtu.be/4AkDIzKqmYY Other than that, everything else is fine with the controller. If it's possible, I would rather fix and replace those parts if anyone knows where to get these. Your advice is appreciated!
