Hi,

Just want to let of some steam and rant here abit on a holiday.

Last year I met this girl S who is 26 , we hit it out the 1st time and started going out together somewhere in May 2018. Everything was ok but just that she kept on coming late for our dates , like 1 hour or 2 hour delays. I do get angry but well lets say being 31 and more mature i handled the situation diplomatically.

Once day in July i took her phone and wanted to forward some pictures we took to my phone. I unlocked it and suddenly i saw tons of photos of her with a small girl. I was shocked as she never mentioned anything about a kid to me. Later I confronted her and she told that she was a divorcee who has a baby girl. I was super shocked at this, as she never mentioned about this before and felt betrayed. I told her that fine as we didnt start the relationship being honest, let stop it.

She was quite adamant not for us to stop, i mean she would text me everyday apologizing not telling me she was scared and stuff. After few weeks I gave in. I told her lets meet up with her baby daughter. When we meet on that day, I will never forget, I saw her and her carrying her daughter from far. As i approached, her daughter just kept quiet. The part which I gave in to the daughter was immediately she allowed me to carry her without crying. Me being the youngest in my family and would say have have very little with kids expected her to cry or yell wanting her mum. But she just kept quiet while I carry her. At the restaurant the daughter had a toy with her and she wanted to me to play with her. And it was something special for me. I always love kids since I was a teenager, and having her daughter bonding quickly with me so fast was something which I really enjoyed.

After that i told S that i can be in a relationship with her but S must concentrate all her energy in her 2 year old daughter. I told her we can only go out if she is with her as I regretted taking so much time from S and her daughter when we were going out before this. She said ok. Hence, begin my life being a "Uncle" for my girlfriends daughter. We would go out to those indoor playgrounds or have dinner all three of us. As im 31 i think my fatherly instinct kicked in and I begin to really care so much about S daughter. As S former husband rarely see S daughter, I think S daughter also bonded a lot with me.

We would even go to trips in ipoh, melaka, pd all paid by me. As i wanted S daughter have the experiences. S is not from a wealthy family and her salary is not much, So i understand that if we go out I have to bear the cost. Which I didn't mind at all as long as I can see S' daughter happy. Also I had to find S daughter a babysitter which I did as her old babysitter was no longer available. Hence, I was really invested a lot in S daughter life that every time she see's me she would run and hug me and she even talk about me to her dad and grandparents.

The most important time for me was when S daughter was sick and admitted to a hospital 60km away from my workplace, I would rush like mad to go back and then stop at an R and R to buy her toys and meet her. And even when she was sick and at the hospital, she would smile when she see's me and hug me, although when she is in so much pain. By then I believe I can never ever leave S or S daughter anymore. Im a part of their life.

However things change in the month of december, S who was working in shifts started saying she is too tired to see me. I understand her, but there were days she already gotten 2 days off yet I was not able to see her at all as she was t0o tired. To make matter worst S came from a broken home family, her mum and dad separated and each one having their own problem that she has to resolve which requires her to go back to her hometown.

As i never meet her family because she didnt want me too, I told her not to deal to much with old people's problem as she already has a daughter to take care off. She wasnt happy and said I only care for was to meet her and her daughter only and we got to a few arguments about that , her saying I only want to meet up only and I dont understand her situation. Hence, begin my weeks of sorrowfulness, As S was always tell me she was tired, I would have to rush back from work usually on Fridays to pick S daughter from the babysitter and then have dinner with S daughter for 1 hour and then returning her back to S work place. This was really crazy as I have to drive about 100km plus the tiredness i had, But S wasnt bothered about it.

In January same thing was happening and even on her days off she would only allow me to see her and her daughter for less then an hour somewhere nearby her house, which was already so far away from my place. Hence the travelling time was longer then the time I was seeing S and her daughter. Honestly i was doing this because of S daughter and not S. The worst time would be when she promised me she is on leave next weekend and we can meet up only for her to cancel and go back to her hometown for reason unknown. i tried to get involved with her problems but she doesnt want me.

Hence, after some thinking I decided its only best if we breakup as i have put all my effort and energy to love S and love her daughter so much but yet, she keep on ignoring me not only in real life and also in whatsapp or calls. However, the pain is when leaving her means I would also leave S' daughter which I bonded so much with, that it even impossible to think of me not seeing her daughter.

At the same time I find it extremely cruel for S to let me be so close to her daughter and then just separate her like this and I cant understand how someone can turn 360 degrees like this, first few months was so stable for us albeit few problem then suddenly her messages contain vulgar language towards me all because I ask her how she is.

So now I really am living a sorrowful life my handphone has pictures containing hundreds of picture of S and S daughter and I cry every time I look at it. I never imagine her daughter to be so much part of my life and then taken back. And from where it seems. S wont let me see her at all. Also the fact that I didn't do anything wrong with S, its just that she has other problems, which she is not telling me and because of that problems, I been treated unfairly.

So I know time heals all things so Im hoping that time would make me forget S and her daughter. Also know I know how dangerous to attached yourself to someone's kid who is not yours

OK thats enough of my rant i guess for now.

Where to see horse

Hi,

Just would like to ask my 2 year old loves seeing horses, I'm staying around seri kembangan, hence there is this Selangor Turf Club nearby, hence is it possible for me to go there on weekend just to see the place with horses? I'm a muslim so I dont/can't gamble. Just see the horses and go back.

or is there any other places to go see horses without paying too much? Farm in the City/Zoo negara is a bit too pricey for me.

Security Guard Bangla

Just want to rant a bit , yesterday after work went to see my sick uncle at his house. His house is quite elite place so go Security gate and booth. i been going to his house more then a decade (once my IC also stated that address) but i dont have the access card since they only limit to 3.

So i went to the security guard open my window and say BOSS SAYA MAU PERGI RUMAH XXXXXXX di JALAN XXXXXX. The bangla guard like mumbling something. So i repeat again Boss saya mau pergi rumah...... Then after that I realize he was mumbling that he wanted my license. Fine I gave it to him. He took his time to write whatever then gave the card to me. and then continued mumbling something and point to my car. I gave my car number la repeat it twice. Then he i could here him asking " Which house?" Wah this time I mengamuk damn panas already wasted like 5 minutes there already. So I shouted to him XXXXXXXX JALAN XXXX!!!!! Of course came some profanity words after that. Worst part my mum was in the car too :-( Then only he gave open the gate and let me pass. All this while his face like damn stoned one. No reaction no courtesy.

The thing is I cant understand how neighborhood take this kind of guards? I mean come on la its just an annoyance plus rather then them cheaking cars entering and leaving they should walk around and look for suspicious things or maybe if lorry or van pass by I understand la but I only drive Axia and I no look like robber one.

If anyone have experience dealing with Security Guards like this cum please share.

WTA about property

Hi folks,

I want to ask something, few years back I bought a property from an Agent. As i was in a rush and wanted to the deal done, I agreed for the price being sold by the agent because he reinforced me that the price is already cheapest he can get. I was really naive that time and I stupidly trusted the agent .

Now after staying there for few years I unfortunately want to sell it cause of my parents health issues and the location is not strategic for me. I already contact 2 agents and also check in mudah.my and Iproperties and all in the internet basically the price for the unit is RM 20,000 lower then the price I paid before . And some of the unit are higher floors and renovated.

So basically now I am trying to let go of a property for the price I paid and also plus some extra for renovation which I did. I'm not looking for anything extra and don't mind losing around RM5,000 k for the stamp fees and stuff, but I find it so impossible to sale it. Im also not a flipper also as I really wanted to stay there (am still staying) just that things changed and now i need to stay closer to my family (parents having health issues).

So my question is should I sell it lower and lose around RM 20,000? (its a leasehold property, and not much development around that place) so the price would not increased dramatically. Or should I still hold on to it and hope people would buy based on the price I want? I have no issues to pay the bank loan monthly and been servicing the loan without any problem. However if i sell i wish to use the money for a deposit for another property (this time with due diligence done) and stay near my parents .

I 've been thinking this for quite some time now, also chatting with new property agents, but still nothing concrete. I've also started to advertise the property myself. But i'm not sure weather this is the correct move or not? need advise

Selling subsale without using agent

Firstly the person who wants to buy it is not a family member, but I posted in online and he is interested to buy it at that price. So do i collect 2 percent booking fees or do I get my Lawyers to prepare the SnP Agreement?

How to soundproof the sound from neighbours

Hi dear Sifus,

I am currently staying in an apartment (build in 2002), for more then a year now. For the 1st year my upstairs neighbors were quiet and I seldom hear anything from above which was fine.

However thing started to change last month, since i believe the new tenants above me are students. I'm hearing a lot of sounds from the above unit, most of it going thumb ,thumb, thumb. It would go on for a whole day like that and has been very annoying lately. At 1st i thought he was playing basketball in his unit but later i realise its i caused of his own footsteps cause I can sense the movement of the sounds.

I cant tell him to stop walking at his own unit. So now I'm trying to find a solution that can be taken to reduce the sound. I have already put plaster ceiling for the entire wall. Is there anything I can do from my side to reduce the sound?

The same thing for my door, is there any way to sound proof it too? I have this neighbor beside me who likes to slam close his grill really hard everyday, I talked to him about him slamming the grill but he still do it, which I guess due to his habits.

Why Gomen Klinic very difficult give MC

Today I woke up at 3 am feeling very cold (fever), coughing and flu ( yes all the same time) and also my whole body was aching like crazy as if I had run 100km.

Since very sakit, and somemore with headache I decided to go gomen klinik to get MC, since Im sure will dapat one, since I was shivering due to the cold plus body aching like hell.

Waiting time not bad less then 1 hour met the doktor. But this was how it went:

Dok: Sakit apa

Me : Deman, batuk ,selsema, sakit tekak, lenguh badan, bla bla bla

Dok: Oh ok area rumah ada fogging tak

Me: yup 9 Sept ada fogging

Dok: Ok kalau deman 3 hari berturut turut nanti datang balik ye

Me: Ok

Dok: saya bagi ubat deman , ubat selsema dan ubat buang kahak

Me: OK doktor, tapi mcm mana lenguh saya ni.... (harapan dapat la MC so I can go back and put minyak and zzzzzz)

Dok : oh itu normal sebab demam. Nanti kat ofis nanti gargle ye dgn air garam untuk sakit tekak tu

Me : (thinking mode) ok this dok not giving MC must try say something to make her give MC.
OK, tapi ofis saya sejuk Doktor, risau masuk sana lagi teruk sakit,

Dok: takpe saya bagi time off nanti 4 jam, pergi makan breakfast lepas tu makan ubat ok.

Me: .... thinking where can get garam in my ofis.

So at the end I got time off slip and had to go office. Best part is after taking the flu medicine which is suppose to be non drowsy, I fell asleep like a log for 3 hours on my office floor, although very very uncomfortable. And my whole body still aching like hell

Also I realise that she didn't give any sore throat medicine, so later need to go pharmacy and buy.

Surprisingly this is not the first time this happened, this is my 3rd time being sick and not getting MC, previously I went and took Emergency Leave since I was too tired already.

So anyone here got same experience with me one and can tell me why gomen klink sangat susah dapat MC?

BEWARE OF THIS PLUMBER

My Friend just told me this story how he was conned RM 380 from a supposedly "plumber" last saturday.

My friend is staying in a condo unit, which has an upper unit the upper unit pipe burst and water was sipping in into his unit. So after reporting to the management he decided to call a plumber to reconfirm that the pipe burst was really the upstairs owner one and also whether anything can be done to prevent the leakage from sipping in.

So he called one of the guys he saw in in the flyers his name is Top Chan (hp num: 0123220038). This guy said he will send someone to come on saturday and check. After that another guy called him and informed him that he will be coming. Then this Top guy called said to my friend to deal with this guy. At this time my friend thought that this guy is one of Top's worker.

So this guy came on Saturday with 1 old helper (both old uncle). They didn't bring any stuff or anything. Then he check said better to waterproof the wall at the washroom since the water was causing the plaster ceiling to be wet. So my friend ask the price for the waterproofing and he said RM550, mind u the washroom was very small. less then 20 sq ft and only one wall had to be wateproofing.

But he kaw kaw tipu my friend said very hard work la, that the waterproofing really need to be done, and give warranty that no more water will come in. So my friend bargain bargain until 450.

Then ah, he went and buy a water proof coating and then came back, he didnt even buy a proper brush to paint, then ALL HE DID WAS JUST TO PAINT THE CONCRETE WALL aroud 5 metres and 2 metres .My friend checked using his phone and found out the water proof coating only cost RM 70. So he freaked out and call Top Chan. Suddenly top chan said he is not the plumber and basically he dont know anything about this and my friend needs to deal with the guy who came himself.

So my friend argued and argued with the guy cause he felt cheated lo cause the way the other guy said the job was very difficult and not easy to do. The worst part was even the coating of the waterproofing was done horribly, basically this 2 guys who came didn't know anything about painting nor plumbing.

After argued kaw-kaw and he managed to only pay rm380 for the horrible job. but by then my friend only wanted him to leave.

So to everyone beware of this new modus operendi of plumbers, they will give your numbers to someone else who have zero knowledge of plumbing, and then tell u they dont know anything about the fact that u call them and ask u to deal with then guy they sent.

HI Bro's,

Just want to ask, I have been looking at mudah.my and iproperties.com for some units at Port Dickson, the reason is cause I plan to buy one of these units and make it a weekend gateway for myself, family and friends.

Since pd is a 1 1/2 hours drive away from KL i like the idea of leaving work on a friday heading to PD for 2 nights and come back to Kl on a sunday, without the hasstle of checking into hotels, booking, checking the price etc etc. Since it would be my unit i can go as i please.

I mean rather then spending RM 400 bucks per week if i book hotel rooms in pd for 2 night why not i pay 1000+ for a bank loan and at lease dont have to worry about getting a hotel rooms. Plus maybe 25 years down the road, once I retire I can settle there for good.

I know PD has it's cons in terms of the jams, pollution plus the lalat, but me and my family are not really those 5 star's hotel people nor we need to travel far to enjoy ourself. For me i enjoy the companionship rather then the location hence the reason i choose PD and not some far away islands of the coast of Kuala terengganu.I guess in a long run it's not a worthy investment like in klang valley, but I just like to hear the sound of waves in the morning and let my family enjoy a nearby gateway.

I''ve saw ad's for Lexis chalet's which is around 220k- 450k and also bayu beach resort unit around 250k (I prefer those facing swimming pool & the beach) so tiara and primaland is a no no. So i need advise on the things I should look out for before buying this type of unit. I understand the maintenance would be expensivem, which i'm ok as long as they maintain the place. As this would be my 2nd home, what should I look out for when buying this sort of weekend houses?

And is there is anyone who has bought this type of unit, please share if it's something worthwhile to do.

How to get rid of the sticky feelings in tiles

I want to ask , does anyone has the same problem as me which is the floor tiles (2x2) all around the house gets sticky very quickly for your unit. I'm having this problem every time I came back from work and step on the floor the tiles feels sticky and the best way to get rid of the feeling is if I take a tissue put some water and wipe the floor. I have tries moping and vacuum still the tiles will get sticky. My kitchen is connected to the living area but I have a ventilation fan there, and do my cooking only once a week. I already malas to get on my knees daily and wipe the floor clean with tissue,

Appreciate if anybody could help me
