Maxis Fiber 10mbps Random Disconnections Issue

I'm receiving random Wifi disconnections on my laptop at my home for almost every 30 minutes or so and require around 30 second to reconnect.
Every other devices does not have any issues like this.
When I'm using my laptop at my friend's house connecting other Internet Service Provider like Streamyx, Unifi and other doesn't have any problem with the disconnects so I insist that this is not my computer problem.
I have tried a few troubleshooting method like resetting the Gateway which doesn't fix the problem.
The Modem Light stayed at Green all of the time but turning Blue and Red Rarely Sometime
The Modem is Maxis Modem (Technicolor)
