They appreciate your passion ,skill, and attitude hence he willing to pay slightly higher than avg. Because they know not only it's important not only to reward what u can do now, but grooming you to push urself to the next level for the future, they believe u can contribute more when you're constantly learning new skills.

2. chinaman

They think you're good, they can see the contribution that you're going to put in when you join. They agreed that you're the right candidate in the long journey of finding the right one. But then they say they wanted to see you perform first in probation period then only give you your expected salary. They say your expected salary is too high because you lack of experience. They will try to find lots of bullshit to just not to pay you high. Like work in here you can learn this and that.

I hate the #2 one. In US company throw $ invest in talent, but in here $ goes to marketing and ppl got paid like a monkey

- they show the desperateness wanting a job
- they put too low expected salary
- they make decision too early
- they don't have career plan/goal in their mind
- they didn't attend enough of interviews

especially young ppl, always kena bully in term of pay, that's why fresh grad salary today compare to the past 5 years still 2.5k to 3k. Job demand a lots but the candidates are destroying the market

not going to SG to work

in KL u work and have fun, not just that since this is ur land u find lobang better. I don't know why the hell i will thought of going to SG. now i woke up it's impossible to get high pay like 5-7k there although u are an experienced engineer. coz i saw many applied the job i applied, offer themselves low like 3k and they r phd and master degree holder. fuck these indian and banggla professional.

so no point if i got paid 3-4k only sgd, that's too little to save and i'm working as underdog there. don't expect those sg local will hang out and talk biz with u. so might as well i work hard in KL and observe around, who know one day i can run my own business.

u can make money save up to 7 figures ringgit working and saving SG in 10 years, but my goal is to hit that working and trying business in KL within 5 years

I mentioned about 1mil many comment like they've ranked somewhere in forbes, and say '1mil is nothing la', but in reality their reached by having 1mil asset by loan.

same in other cases i saw. like everyone here is making 20k a month. why so many experts in this space? I admired smartguy now, at least he's realistic and real aiming 10k a month with his uber plan.
