Display Issue

Guys having some issue on my display card (ASUS GTX 750 TI) and monitor (BenQ EW2440L)
I bought this rig one week ago
Previously was using the HDMI port connect to my monitor HDMI Port 1 (there are two HDMI port)
Then today after work I reach home open my monitor, it shows a 800x600 resolution (I no turn off my computer)
Then I was curious why then I change back the resolution to 1920x1080
After few seconds of changing back the resolution then it blank out.. So I try few senario:

1. Change HDMI to another port (HDMI Port 2) of my monitor which work well, change back to port 1 no working.
2. Change cable, port 1 no working, port 2 fine.
3. Restart PC, port 2 all ok, port 1 got show BIOS screen, windows logo, after loading go in Windows then blank screen
4. Enter safe mode, port 1 all ok, uninstall driver, restart to normal mode, able to get in using port 1 with 800x600 resolution, after that windows update the driver itself then I restart it same blank screen again.
5. Update NVIDIA driver to latest same got problem on HDMI port 1.
5. When plug in HDMI port 1, no USB plug in sound from speaker. But when plug in HDMI port 2, got USB plug in sound from speaker.

May I know is there anyway to solve this or diagnosis this?

I just cannot confirm is it hardware issue or what
