Hi guys, anyone knows anything about this on-going construction building? Exclusive agents claimed that it's RM550/sq ft and can get 10% rebate(which means no downpayment needed), and free all legal fees including stamp duty loan. Will it be possible? If possible, what are the costs elses have to pay? Thanks

Is anyone working at Jalex Sdn Bhd which is located at kampung baru subang?
I would like to apply job at there but before that, I would like to know more about the working environment, pay, benefits and staffs there.

Amount for Protein Supplement per day

Im actually taking 5 scoops with 225g after and before the workout. I find that i will be having diarrhea after taking the protein supplement. Even i just take 2 scoops per day. Is it related to the protein supplement i take? Any ideas?

P.S, im using Mass Tech from GNC.

Fresh Grad's 1st property for potential investment

Good Day, seeking advice from anyone of you.

A fresh graduate is planning to buy an unit for his very first investment. Assuming that up front payment payable from fresh graduate is around 60k++, may i know the maximum value of property he is affordable to get? (Assuming salary is around 4k).

Basically with this kind of requirement, i think mostly 500k value of property is the maximum he can afford? But in klang valley, hardly to get a condo worth 500k anymore....

Any advice given to fresh graduate?
