Astro pvr decoder

My astro pvr decoder just cant start up. Can someone tell me where i can get it fixed. I thought of getting astro to replace the decoder but the one year warranty has already expired. And i only got a few months more before the contract expire. I don't want another 2 years contract.

I did port forwarding with the router so that my playstation console can get nat 2. Everything working but after a few minutes is back to nat 3.. I have already change my ip to public.. I need a constant nat 2 type connection. My account no is 80870121.Please advise
