Constant disconnects while playing games

Problem details
First occurence of problem: A day after installation of Unifi 30mbps
Problem frequency: Constant
Problem description: I have recently just installed Unifi 30mbps in my home. So far, download speed is constant at 3 to 3.2 mbps but sometimes it drops to about 2 mbps and sometimes when I boot up my PC, the Internet would say there is no Internet access. Besides that, I have tried playing games like Heroes Of The Storm and Dota 2 and CS:GO and I keep getting auto disconnected and reconnecting again only to get disconnected again. I have not encountered such issues before while using StreamyX 1mbps. Please if anybody can advise me it would be great. Thank You.

Islamic Housing Loan Vs Conventional Housing Loan

Good sirs and madams, I would like to know the difference between the Islamic and Conventional Housing Loan packages. I have recently purchased an under-construction property in Cyberjaya and I have been offered two different housing loans, one is Conventional and one is Islamic. The thing is, both of them are giving quite attractive packages however, I understand that with Islamic Loan, I can get a 20% off from my legal stamping duty and also, I don't have to pay a monthly RM 10 to maintain the current account. However, I am also led to believe that in fact, Islamic Legal fees are much more expensive than the Conventional Legal fees and even with the 20% discount on stamping duty, it is almost the same. Also, I have been told that Islamic Loans have hidden charges. I ask both bankers on their opinions but logically, they are going to say that their own products are better. So I'm having a bit of a dilemma here. Can somebody with experience help me out here please?

Can somebody please tell me the name of this album? I think it's one of those albums which are sold in pasar malams with different kinds of music put into one disc. The album cover has a B-boy or a DJ posing with his 2 fingers out if i'm not mistaken. Inside the album has the song Riverside by Sidney Samson. I just want to know the name of the album because I'm trying to find a song inside this album but I can't find it anywhere. Can anybody help please?

can anybdy tell me the name of some album titles with Sidney Samson's Riverside song in it ? Because there's one particular song that I want from that album and I can't find the album cover. If it helps, I believe the the album cover is white colour and got 1 cartoon B-boy doing a pose on the cover. Hey, i need some help locating the artist and the name of this song. It's a mandarin song and it's normally played on 988 FM but I can't find the name of the artist and song. I only know part of the lyrics and it goes something like "I Love You, Wu Suo Wei." If it is any help, it is sung by a female singer and the song is a slow song, not a fast song accompanied by slow guitars if i'm not wrong. I would really really appreciate it if anybody can help me out here. Thanks alot.

Ok here are the list of people so far that are confirmed to be joining. Those that have not listed down your race and class, pls do so in this thread so i can update them. And if i have left out anybody, pls do not hesitate to put your name in and be RECOGNIZED.

Now on to the server we are rolling in. Firstly, as i have said, Blizzard has released several new servers after launch day. And so i suggest to all of you once again, there is hope for a new Oceanic PvP realm. Though these new launch servers do not include any Oceanic realms so far, i suggest we wait until next Tuesday's maintainence is over then only decide. If really there isn't any, then I say we roll on Thaurissan. Why? Though there are lvl 60's and above there already, should a new Oceanic PvP realm be opened up for transfers, we will be included in the transfers so that's my reason. Now i ask you all to be patient and wait and see because of several reasons i hope you all will agree with me

1) Thaurissan has been around for 1-2 months, it's a transfer server so there'll be tonnes of 60's and above around.
2) Economy is going to suffer due to the abundance of 60's.
3) Since the game has just been released, imagine the lag. Even some of us who have tried it on release day have been reporting unbearable lag even in starting areas of the Draenei and BE.
4) If Thaurissan doesn't suit us at all, it's going to ruin the whole "guild" thing we have painstakingly took to set up.
5) Another few more days isn't gonna hurt considering we have waited for over a month from their initial release period.

This is if we straight go to Thaurissan. However if we choose other servers other than Oceanic, the problems we could face are

1) Recruitment of Asians are going to be much harder in US realms.
2) If you choose PvE, it's going to dull our senses alot more and trust me, PvP is the way to go.
3) Since time zones are different, should we choose a US realm, if we have US members, they'll be sleeping while we attempt to raid. That's not going to work out at all =|.

That is it so far. So once again, those who have not listed their class and race pls do so and also if i missed out on anyone, pls list your name so i can add it to the list. Thank you all for being a wonderful audience.

Warcraft 3: Can anybody confirm this?

i tried playing FT today online. When i baru login, at first i thought it was ok already the internet connection. Then when i start playing only, omg, the lag was a damn killer. Looks like the lines hasn't been fixed yet. Can anybody confirm this or am i just the only one experiencing this? Not playing in local servers arr, but US regions like Lordaeron or Azeroth.

i just played CS:Source 2 days ago, then yesterday when i booted it up, it was updating, and then some error message flashed on my screen. It's one of those illegal operation messages ( not the blue screen ). Anyway, i think i kena virus already so i scanned the thing and memang my Steam kena virus or something like that. The funny thing is, my Valve folder is in my D: drive, which is partitioned and seperated from C:. Anyway besides that, is Steam being updated this past 2 days? coz everytime i masuk, it says updating Steam. Now that i cleared the virus (i think), it's still updating but damn damn slow. Anybdy help me out here?

WOW:TBC Horde Guild on Oceanic PvP Servers.

I have a lot of Alliance toons but only one 60 Warlock in Kil'Jaedan. I think i'm gonna abandon her because since the server transfers are expensive, i don't think i'll be transferring her to a Oceanic server anytime soon unless it's free. Even then also, i'll be transfering her to Frostmourne. Anyway, when TBC comes out, i hope there will be new Oceanic PvP servers coming out. If not, either Barthillas or Jubei'Thos will be selected for this guild. Anybody interested can sign up here. I'm going to roll a BE Priest most likely.
