Streamyx 4MB Download speed problem

I am currently using Streamyx 4MB line, the download speed is 400-450kb/s in September. (with Xunlei VIP, HTTP download)

Start from October, my Xunlei download speed become 20kb/s( sometimes still can perform 400kb/s but only Morning 7am - 11am, after that the download speed become 20kb/s)

Start from this week, even in the morning, the download speed is 20kb/s.

What is the problem? should i contact TM or is it my problem?

Recommend 1 or 2TB 3.5 Inch External Hard Drive?

Feel like want to buy WD Elements Play - 1TB

1TB means the media player have 1TB internal storage? can use it like a Harddisk?

The WD Elements Play is HD player? but only support up to RV9? RV9 means 720p? RV10 is 1080p?

Upgrade 1mbps to 4mbps! (Melaka)

Hi Guys, today i went to TMPoint and ask that i want to upgrade my line from 1mbps to 4mbps. They said is RM140 per month..
Then i says that i am Streamyx Cool Uni Pack RM 66 , so i can upgrade to 4mbps with RM88. Then they said i am not longer a student but still help me to apply. And they said 2 year later, i have to choose the package that more expensive than current package @_@

So, can i successful apply the package? Can i get a free wireless modem? Is there any extra charge for next month bill or become RM88 next month onward?

Hopefully i can successful upgrade to 4mbps~~

I would like to buy a HD Media Player that can play RMVB (File size around 1gb-2gb - 2 hours movie), MKV ( File size around 1.5GB - 2 hours movie), AVI( File Size 1gb-2gb - 2 hours movie) on my Sony 46" Bravia LCD TV.

Just wonder the Kworld M130 can open/read those file and play it on TV?
