            <description>Can anyone tell me townhouse roof leaking, JMB responsible on fixing or changing it right?&lt;br /&gt;I always pay my maintainance on time.&lt;br /&gt;Yesterday the chairman told me the roof is belong to the 3 unit underneath.             <description>May I know is all the apartment / condominium must have provide the car wash bay for doing car wash by your own?&lt;br /&gt;I wishing to do Car wash myself, but my managment said didnt provide car wash bay. Ask me do it at car wash centre.&lt;br /&gt;Im living on the third floor without lift, how can I carry bucket of water 1 by 1? I feel not comfortable with car wash centre. What to do?</description>

            <description>Maintainance office require RM1900 for renovation deposit, and RM100 is Managment fee.&lt;br /&gt;So total is RM2000.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Why they need RM100 for the fee? What&amp;#39;s the point we pay monthly maintanance fee?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My unit is townhouse type ( no lift )&lt;br /&gt;Another building with lift ( in same garden) 10. Floor&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;They calculate the lift maintanance all together. My townhouse no life and I have to pay monthly lift maintainance.&lt;br /&gt;I complaint about this issue, they said the lift is common facility, even I didn&amp;#39;t use it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Where should I complaint both this problem?which society ?</description>

            <title>Consent for foreigner cash buyer</title>

            <description>Im Malaysian, my husband is foreigner.In year 2013, we share name bought a condo in Selangor which is still under construction. Developer said will be done in 2018. &lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m a housewife, foreigner husband working oversea. In 2013, the purchase limit for foreigner is need to be above RM500,000. And our property is above RM500,000. We signed the SnP.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When I ask the State Authority Shah Alam for the consent, they said can&amp;#39;t apply consent now, because still under Master Title. I wanna know during 2018 the consent application will be follow the year 2013 which is above RM500,000 or follow the limit price in 2018?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Who should apply the consent? Me or developer?&lt;br /&gt;</description>
