Townhouse roof is JMB responsible right?

Can anyone tell me townhouse roof leaking, JMB responsible on fixing or changing it right?
I always pay my maintainance on time.
Yesterday the chairman told me the roof is belong to the 3 unit underneath. Those three units bear the fixing cost.
Is he right?
Where should i complaint?

May I know is all the apartment / condominium must have provide the car wash bay for doing car wash by your own?
I wishing to do Car wash myself, but my managment said didnt provide car wash bay. Ask me do it at car wash centre.
Im living on the third floor without lift, how can I carry bucket of water 1 by 1? I feel not comfortable with car wash centre. What to do?

Take VP without water n electricity connection

Until now no water n electricity after 3 week take my VP.
Have people come inspect with me, but only count how many power point. Don't know is functioning or not.
I signed the inspect paper. ( without water n electricity?)

My unit finished built,only give key?

During collect my key, I aspect I will sign many document for my new built condo, but the developer only give me key.
I ask how about other document for sign? She said only key.
Feel strange with only collect key. Is that true like that?

Maintainance office require RM1900 for renovation deposit, and RM100 is Managment fee.
So total is RM2000.

Why they need RM100 for the fee? What's the point we pay monthly maintanance fee?

My unit is townhouse type ( no lift )
Another building with lift ( in same garden) 10. Floor

They calculate the lift maintanance all together. My townhouse no life and I have to pay monthly lift maintainance.
I complaint about this issue, they said the lift is common facility, even I didn't use it.

Where should I complaint both this problem?which society ?

Developer have did the land encumbrance & bridging loan from banker,
1.any protection for cash buyer if incase anything happen to the developer facing financial problem?
2.Refer to SnP,is that true parcel will free from encumbrance before the purchaser take vacant possession?
3.the land is township project, some building will have VP/CF in different time. So can't guarantee the parcel free from encumbrance before VP?

No strata title property may facing foreclosure?

Consent for foreigner cash buyer

Im Malaysian, my husband is foreigner.In year 2013, we share name bought a condo in Selangor which is still under construction. Developer said will be done in 2018.
I'm a housewife, foreigner husband working oversea. In 2013, the purchase limit for foreigner is need to be above RM500,000. And our property is above RM500,000. We signed the SnP.

When I ask the State Authority Shah Alam for the consent, they said can't apply consent now, because still under Master Title. I wanna know during 2018 the consent application will be follow the year 2013 which is above RM500,000 or follow the limit price in 2018?

Who should apply the consent? Me or developer?
