Hi,

I am currently using Umobile prepaid. The number is not under my name.

May I know how and what to do if i want to change ownership of my number from the currently simcard owner name to my name.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 delay in receiving calls

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 for more than a year. Recently, I notice my phone is delay in receiving calls. I use another phone to call to my note 3, it only start ringing after 5 to 10 second after ringing tone started in other phone.

I have tried to insert my sim card in other phone. There is no problem, it ring immediately. So there is no problem with the sim card.

May I know how to solve the problem?

Hi,

I am using maxis supplementary line which is not under my name. If I wanted to switch this supplementary line to umobile prepaid without switching the principal line, what should I do?

Do I need to switch it from supplementary line to prepaid which under my name or take it out from supplementary line to make it into another maxis principal line under my name first, before switching to umobile prepaid?

May I know what is the procedures?
