How to unlock Vivo Y12 Password & pattern code

Guys....recently i found my old Vivo Y12 mobile phone which i had not been using for quite sometime....I have totally forgotten the Password & also the pattern lock?...I have tried "hard reset" but failed....it keeps coming out enter password....So, guys can you recommend something or any softwares to unlock them....possible its free software as i only going to use it once...

Note 2 Screen Cracked & Power Repair Cost

I have a Samsung Note 2 which the screen had cracked quite badly (as depicted in the photos above) after it had fallen out of my pocket and onto the floor....Ever since not only the screen was badly damaged, but i also can't switch the phone on anymore....I believed this is the result of me dropping the phone which had caused a cracked screen and phone malfunction.....

I would like to seek assistance and advice on what is the cheapest repair cost that I could get in kuala lumpur or selangor area?...and any recommended shops that can help me repair the damages and with a suitable repair costs....

I have a broken Samsung Note 2 with a cracked screen and the phone cannot be ON since it fell....What I would like to ask & seek any advice or assistance is....How much can i get my Note 2 fix based on this 2 faulty?...what is the cheapest cost i might incure if I were to send it for repair in LOW YAT PLAZA? your kind advice & assistance is very much appreciated....If possible any repair shops in LOW YAT PLAZA will be much help....thanks
