Today I was informed by my lawyer that I need to top up few k . Even though i'm a first time home buyer, I'm not entitled to stamp duty remission (50% discount) coz my unit is considered a SERVICED apartment. Can anyone clarify or experience with this? Really? That's ridiculuous?!

Advice on buying 2nd hand Peugeot 208

Ayam is thinking of getting a new/used car. Ayam currently driving a old toyota SEG 1.6 for almost one and half year since working. The old family car has been serving ayam's family for a good 24 years, i think its time for her to retire. She is still doing fine, but require repairs from time to time.

Ayam trying to stick to the financial advises that purchase a car with price less than your annual salary. With that in mind, i got my eyes on Peugeot 208 year 2013 or 2014 as quoted price on carlist for 50k plus minus. What do you sifus think about it? Or any other good recommendations? (pls no P1 or P2 pls).
