I have received a new SIM and one of your staff assisted me to copy over all the contacts into the new SIM. I was told to switch on my mobile after 30 minutes for activation. Apparently, I have noticed that none of my contacts have been copied into the new SIM. <br /><br />On 15/7/2015, I went to the same branch again to rectify the error. I have insisted your technical personal to replace the SIM again as I can&#39;t copy and create new contacts. I have been given 3 SIM cards and none of them is functioning to copy and input new contacts. Even your technical personal has tried few times with his own mobile. Finally, I was told that all the SIM cards that came in batch to Taman Segar branch got some problem. I was requested to visit other Branch to get a SIM card while Taman Segar brach will escalate the issue to the management and will forward the reference number to me. Disappointedly, the was no action has been taken and no reference number forwarded to me.<br /><br />On the same day, I have called your corporate customer service (1919) to report on this. ( please refer to the case : C16600734 ).<br /><br />Until now all my contacts were gone missing (over 300 contacts ). I can&#39;t save any new contacts in the SIM. As my package is corporate with contract of 2 years, I am withholding the overdue payment until the matter resolved in totality. <br /><br />Please refer to attach on the pre-existing contacts before the replacement of SIM card.<br /><br />Regards.
