With all the sifu sifu guru guru here, are they any broker offers 4:1 ratio without collateral? Meaning to say deposit 50k and broker will let you trade with 200k buying power without questions?

From what I know 4:1 is reasonable and anything go beyond this is actually a red flag broker. And Im talking about WITHOUT collateral here.

If yes, please intro that trusted broker to me =)

Now recently I've heard somebody purchase their dream car(Or whatever car) and registered under Labuan/Langkawi without paying tax first BUT, somebody, I mean somebody are able to help atur the 90days bypass for the bigshot clients to enable them to drive around Malaysia throughout the year. Is that even possible?...

Im not saying im financially smart or cheapskate but just being more calculative. And yes Im ready for the salty comments, lai.

Are we able to convert usage title (For eg, Mixed Zone Land to Commercial/Industrial Title) while your land is still charged by a bank (Still serving the loan)

Moreover, my land description stated that the land is only for Recreational Centre and Sport Complex, but I would like to utilise my land to operates business(Convert to Commercial Title) on it, met a few architects and town planners, some say yes, some say no, asked bout 7 architects, Im still very confused, why Augmented Reality (AR) Architect holders have both different answer from a same guideline? Hmmm…

Hey guys,

I know this may sounds funny when people around you talking about getting Car AP (Approved Permit). For some reason, there is a high chance I might be able to obtain it, and the question here is, I was in the finance/banking/property/accounting background and know no shit about car industry business, does anyone here managed a business like this before? Anything I need to be aware of?

In addition, I have gone thru all the MITI guideline requirements, and also have ''nego'' with the partners. My partner is 100% Bumiputera and Im a chinese

Hey guys,Im new member in this forum.

First of all I dont know whether is the right place to post this topic.

For the main thing,can I know how to save photo quicker from other people's wechat moment? Screenshot or the "save photo" is too slow for me,any idea for that? Copying like around 1000 photos from another user's wechat moment.

Kindly leave your Ideas/Ways if you know anything!
