But 2 months later, 14 September 2016, my property agent said the bank reject buyer loan and agent show me the bank loan reject letter of buyer.<br /><br />After that, property agent want me to fully refund RM5,000 to buyer. I know fully refund is a must if loan rejected.<br />But the buyer took 2 months time to let me know. Show i refund deposit to buyer ?<br /><br />I&#39;m very unhappy because i reject all other potential buyer within this 2 months.
