Get to know these 2 projects recently - Bloomsvale at OKR Jalan Puchong and Maple at OUG.

Bloomsvale - Fully furnished 3B2R 822sqft about RM 670K
Maple - Partial furnished (give aircond and water heater only) 3B2R 808sqft about RM 550K

Went to Bloomsvale show unit everything seems quite ok la. Bao ka liao everything no need headache and the furniture considered 'pay by instalment'
Maple the ceiling very tall (11.8 ft) lol and see the show unit online layout ok also but need to fork out quite an amount when renovation those.

Any sifu can share some opinion?
