            <title>Bloomsvale OKR vs Maple OUG</title>

            <description>Get to know these 2 projects recently - Bloomsvale at OKR Jalan Puchong and Maple at OUG. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bloomsvale - Fully furnished 3B2R 822sqft about RM 670K&lt;br /&gt;Maple - Partial furnished (give aircond and water heater only) 3B2R 808sqft about RM 550K&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Went to Bloomsvale show unit everything seems quite ok la. Bao ka liao everything no need headache and the furniture considered &amp;#39;pay by instalment&amp;#39;&lt;br /&gt;Maple the ceiling very tall (11.8 ft) lol and see the show unit online layout ok also but need to fork out quite an amount when renovation those. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Any sifu can share some opinion?</description>
