i'm in dilemma right now whether want to
a. upgrade the proc to phenom 2 x4 945
b. change to windows 7 64bit
c. dont bother to change any of those, spend the money to buy more games

fyi, i can play almost all game at maximum/mid-max graphic setting except gta4. i also concern about playing new game like mass effect2 / star craft 2 plus i also need a proc that can give significant impact to my simulation software (engineering simulation software) - if the proc does not give any significant effect, i will not bother to upgrade.

budget around rm500 more or less...
