Hello all!

I need help, specifically on the graphic and casing(I would like to have silent and good cooling system for casing), I've been doing a lot of research for these 2, mixed reviews and all got me confused.

DELL 23" IPS ULTRA SHARP LED

Max budget for casing is 600 - I don't mind spending this much for a case because it's gonna be in the bedroom, so it has to be rather cool and quiet, so I won't disturb le wife while I enjoy gunning around..

As for graphic, I can't decide either to go for 680 or 7970 - I'm not a fanboy of any, performance is important. I would use it 60% or more on gaming(depending on season LOL), I do freelance graphic design, so mostly on PS if not Ai only. No 3d/video rendering at all.

Would you help a fellow friend? Thanks in advance!
