TIME Fibre Problem

Hi,
Does anyone use TIME Fibre for their office? I'me xpreiencing intermittent disconnect problem. The phone support does not help at all. Now I'm running automated connection test to check for their internet stability. Running in 30 mins interval. Anyone know if its possible to waived the termination penalty since their connection is unstable. Thinking to switch over to unifi business.
