No internet after bios flash

Im on wired connection and my wireless devices have no issue with accessing the internet obviously .

I tried almost all solutions provided on the internet except those I cant Google with like "revert back to f1 bios"

Im actually connecting to the network, the status showing access and im sending and receiving packets

Browsers showing connection timed out but I can somehow login steam but cannot update anything.

Mobo : Asrock H87 performance

Things that I have tried

-Disable IPv6
-Obtain an IP address automatically
-Google's DNS
-Disable NetBIOS over TCP/IP
-BIOS DHCP
-BIOS Onboard Lan enabled
-Disable and enable adapter
-Uninstall network adapter and reinstall by the OS
-Revert back to earlier bios's version
-Load with UEFI default setting
-ipconfig/release renew flushdns
-netsh
-Able to ping
-Disable firewall and anti virus

How warranty work for customer ?

Yeah simple question but recently this very well known computer shop in LYN is telling me that my graphic card's warranty has expired but the invoice is made in 2014's april with 2 years warranty.

then later adding "i checked with the distributor and they said the warranty valid on their invoice, i will check with them see until when".
if i understand him correctly, is he saying the warranty is on the clock when the shop bought it from the distributor ?

Wont boot and making really loud noise

Yes, another thread of "wont boot" but I have tried every single solution that I found on the internet so making a thread is my last hope before sending for repair

PC shutdown when I was playing the division, I haven't let my pc rest in 3 days straight. Now it wont boot anymore and something is making really loud noise. Ram usage was constantly 98%, didn't bother to keep an eye on the temp.

I can confirm the noise is not from the heatsink fan as I tried booting without it

Symptoms
A 5s of delay when I power on my cpu
Huge noise like fans spinning very fast
No beeping sound
Desktop showing no display
No connectors are loosened
Not ram card issue
No bad capacitors on the board

Things that I have tried
Tried with another psu cable
Tried holding power button for 30s
Tried boot up with no other external cables with it
Tried booting with each ram
Tried cleaning heatsink fan
Tried with different plug
Tried booting without heatsink fan

Can thermal paste on the cpu and heatsink causing these issues ?
Should I risk and try reseating the cpu ?

Do have the warranty covered but would hate to wait so I'm here looking for any senpai to help me out

UPDATE 1 : The loud noise is actually from my video card.

Ulnar Nerve Entrapment is my first guess since only my pinky finger and ring finger got numbness for the past 2 weeks..

To have this issue as a programmer and a gamer could be a huge blow to my entire life if this syndrome is permanent...

My pc got 3 or more days never turn off already because I'm downloading some big games, how to know if it's time to let it rest ?

Core 0 to 3 are around 50 degree celcius when idle

About going oversea @year3

First of all, I'm a software engineering and digital system security student and my year 3 is a final project year.

So if I were to go to oversea at year 3, is it worth it ?

If I'm not mistaken, I'm just going oversea to do a project but not learning anything right ?

What are your thoughts ?
