Buyer and seller dispute

Due to some inconsiderate people like to help covering for his friends with offensive words. I'll now move it to this forum. Asking for your opinion.

So here is my side of story, first of all I think both of us was in a rush during cod time, the time we have was about 5mins. Basically we didn't really run into checking item in details and he promised me that if got any problem just let him know, with 1 week personal warranty.

Today, I found out that one part of the graphic card is dent. This is neither described in post or in our chats. I was quite unhappy with that problem so I told him about that issue. All I want was a small amount of discounts because I actually bought it at normal market rate + abit of premium because of the brand, which shouldn't have any damage, either artifacts or physical damage on the item. Or a refund of the product which he can then sell it again to others. But he rejected both.

He asked me to bend it back with pliers, but the thing looks fragile and it may break if I do that. That could became my fault too if I do that. For sure this will void any warranty if someone break the item by mistake. And that isn't worth the risk for me.

PS:*I do have other offers which is lower than his, and also cod at my area. Don't have to travel far.
*we cod at a place almost 30mins away from mine* yet I chose his. Because I like the lights of this gpu.

So I'm asking for everyone's opinion, should we refund the product to him because he never spoke about that before, or treat it as slightly defects product, selling at discounted price, that he required to give me back the surplus.

He insisting saying all I need is to bending it back, but think it this way, as a buyer do you expect your item to be bend when it reach without any of your consent?
