Hi, i would like to know the feedback about shift job. Would you able to accept a permanent job that required to work on shift either 3pm to 12am, 6pm to 3am or 10pm to 6am?

Received offer letter from a mnc company but they would like to conduct a background check through third party as below:

-education
-criminal
-identity
-last employment for 7 years

Question:
1) How if one of my previous employer already closed down office in Malaysia?
2) my college will still keep record for a student who was graduated on 13 or 14yrs ago?
