CCTV - Cannot view from outside network

Hi guys, trying to setup CCTV in my office using this setup:

Modem (Streamyx-Billion brand) bridged to Router(D-Link Dir-655) -> CCTV.
I've set up Virtual Server on the Router, and registered with an DDNS(no-ip.org)
CCTV set to the hostname and port 80.

however, i cant get it to work with outside network.

Help appreciated.

Streamyx correct settings (using Riger DB108-WL)

Need help with streamyx settings...i've reset my modem since it's slowing down with no apparent reasons....when i tried to set it up again, it refused to work.

Here is some of my settings:

Internet:

LAN:

Advance->ADSL

Status->Device Info

Error Logs

*I edited the user/pass out, i did enter them.
