If a local bank block your fund transfer to a foreign trading account without giving a reason, what's going on? Is BNM restricting Malaysians from sending money oversea?

Developer charges late payment interest

I recently purchased a home at 75% completion where I signed all agreements by 7th of March. One week prior to the developer progress payment claim (dateline is 13th April), my bank told me they have yet to approve payment due to incomplete Power of Attorney documents. The development project is a JV between the developer and 8 individual landowners. Now the developer threatens to charge interest on me for failure to obtain payment from my bank. Since I assume it is in the developer's interest to earn an extra buck, is there any legal route I can resort to to deter them?

Insurance auto parts claim list

My Honda City recently got rear-ended and I finally got to see the list of parts to be replaced. I took the car to a Honda 4S centre. Can anyone explain to me the meaning of F and O under the source column? The O parts look suspicious. I think these are not original parts.

Brand new Honda body repair

My one month old Honda City V got rammed from behind. Since automakers would find any excuse they can to void their warranties, I'm seeking you guys' advice on selecting a workshop without losing my 4.9 year warranty. As far as I know most auto dealers don't do body repair. If they subcontract the job to outside workshop, my car will sure come back with the interior looking like the hands of a mechanic.
