Property rental 50% discount

I believe we have a lot of forummers here with multiple properties in rental.
Did any of your renters asked you for 50% discount rental price due to this MCO? Now I'm talking about commercial properties since I don't think residential properties will have this issue.

Two renters of mine are requesting for 50%. Though I know big corporations like sunway are giving discounts on their retail lots, I wonder if private owners are practising that.
And our rental price is nowhere near retail lots in shopping mall, which makes no sense to give the discount.

Any owners practising this? Or probably give some 2 cents maybe?

Dear Thelma,
Recently I've been asking this girl from my company for.dinner.
I'm not a talkative man but so far those dinners went well.
I quite like her and she looks decent too.

One thing is, I've been paying for all the meals and she occasionally offer to pay for desserts or drinks. Though I don't really mind paying but it made me feel like she's using me for free meals.

Why i started to have this feeling is because I looked at her facebook postings. She received multiple expensive gifts for her birthday few years back. And it seems like those gifts are from her admirers/bf.
If you don't like a guy, you wouldn't accept such expensive gifts no?

Also, I can sense that she's not that honest with me.
You can really feel she has a lot to hide when talking to her.
I could be over sensitive though.

Obviously I am trying to tackle her. But she's not that responsive whenever I message her. It usually just last for few sentences and she stopped replying. Seems like she's not interested right?

I need some advice from girls. Is this normal?
Is she just using me? Should I give up and move on?

Allergic test

I'm suffering from eczema for quite some time now. About 3 years.
I am wondering if I am allergic to certain foods that causes it. Though it usually outbreaks when the weather is hot or due to my sweating.
May I know where you all did your allergic test for eczema?
Or recommend any clinic/pathlab/bp healthcare that is good and have affordable packages in KL/Selangor?

Holyshit, what's wrong with them?!!
Never take responsibility, taichi master and cannot even troubleshoot a simple thing.
They need to be spoonfeed! Else cannot work at all!
