Windows 10 Free Upgrade...Dengan Free Problems

So I was going to install the Windows 10 free upgrade on my computer.
Last month, I already reserved my free copy for the upgrade but when they release the upgrade in waves on July 29, my computer hasn't got the update yet.
I was tak boleh sabar for Windows 10 so I just directly downloaded the Media Creations tool(Windows 10 Download tool) directly from Microsoft and upgrade using that instead.
I did check my system specs and all was compatible. These are the specs

My PC Specs:
Acer Aspire Z3771 All In One PC(With touchscreen)
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
Intel Core i5 2400s clocked at 2.5GHz
8GB of RAM
nVidia GT520 Graphics

So after waiting hours to download Windows 10,checking drivers and all those, everything was running fine

Then I clicked install.
Goes through the install process, rebooted a few times like any other install process.
Then it got to the part where it's supposed to copy the files, install drivers and features and configure settings with a circle percentage counting thing
That's where the problem starts to show.

So when it got to that point, it did copy the files and install the drivers and features.
When both of those are done (Copying files 100% and Installing Drivers and features 100% with the percentage progress counter at 60% or something), it then goes to a black screen (When it's suppose to do Configuring settings) and it stays there like this. So the screen is blank with the PC still on but no activity at all.

The PC is still on with all the fans and things running but the Hard Drive was idling.
So I had to restart the PC by pulling out the power cord and replugging it back in.
At this point when it restarted, it tried to recover installations, restarted alot of times before finally it says Restoring to previous version of Windows.
Then it's back to Windows 7.

And when I log in, I got this error code saying 0xC1900101-0x40017 on the install tool(Picture below)

I tried doing the same thing a few days later and I still got the same problem. And I had to redownload the thing AGAIN!

Have anyone encountered this problem before?
Please help if you know how to resolve this.

Thanks
