Hi all sifus,

Last year I have purchased a high rise unit in cash and I am planning to refinance it to cash out the maximum.

1. Can I refinance it to 90% of valuation value? My fren told me that bank will cap the fully settled unit.
2. Any banks still offering 100% offset cap besides M** and R**
