Almera Swaying / Stability Issues

Hi Car Sifus,

I recently changed my car tyre to 195/60/15 and I noticed on recent outstation trip, my car was swaying very badly (maybe doe to crosswinds. I couldn't go past 80kmh.

Anyone experienced the same and any solution you can advise?

It's a family car so safety 1st priority

I have afriend two monthly delayed on payment. He being to asked to pay now RM1.6K (orginally RM1K)

I beleive also because of late payment interest has been revised

What is the best approach he can take with bank (Ambank) to normalize back his payment and interst rate ?

NOTE: He has tried to appeal through the phone via the bank's CS department and this appeal been rejected

He has been paying for close through three years and only recently hit this situation (acknowledging that mistake was by him)

Any bank loan sifus outhere can advise

Working in the industry for close to ten years - I can see the passion for this industry starting to slide

This may be tied to negative perception received. There is no denying working in this line is one of the stressful career outhere - but seriously with the right attitude you can move up the ladder. The customer are more demanding - thanks to the mobile age and the perception all problems can be solved with a call and a click of a button

The right skills are needed - not take the job for having the job.

Here's what I look for when hiring
* Strong Common sense.
* Understand what is meaning of the word - EMPATHY
* Realise that this job is like a radio DJ - sounding good when on the clock.
*Ability to separate work life and personal life - imagine having fght before starting work with your partner/spouse and then coming to talk to an irate customer - asking for scream fest and more upset caller believe me
* Understand this is performance driven environment - you are measured for everything even the toilet breaks - I have learnt this is the most far environment where not just because your boss likes your face or your lips glued to their butts - your measurement reflects your performances.

As usual MAXIS stand is Linux not suported.
