Recently I have continuously asked by a sms from MySejahtera to reset my password via a link given. I has no issue with the apps and I’m suspicious with this sms. It might be a scam sms.

Hi all, I'm recently attracted to this new township called Bandar Seri Coalfield aka BSC in Sungai Buloh. I really love the facade design and architecture of this particular Hampton Residence that consist of super-link, semi-D and bungalow. Previously I was looking around new township in Semenyih as well, such as Ecohill, Eco Majestic and Eco Forest, but nothing beat the price and size offer by this BSC. The price starts from RM980k to RM1.8m. I was thinking if I sell my current apartment, I might make a little fortune as my unit price itself is over a million, though finger crossed with current market condition.

Anyone living nearby can roughly describe the environment around there? Many thanks.

Hi all, first of all I wish to introduce myself as a 32yrs old lady working in building industry. I’ve been working for this local ‘Chinaman’ company for almost 3yrs. The pay is decent for single lady like me, but more importantly I love the freedom given in this company, in term of punctuality, working hours, annual leave, etc.

I’m the focus of the company owing to my dedication, passion, and perfectionism to my job. I was given the chance to lead the team to venture different type and scale of project. Until recently, the company finance is badly affected by the economy downturn. We losing many job opportunity. I’ve in my capability try to lead the company into a different direction; a more dynamic, modern and young approach. However, the high management doesn’t feel comfortable with my move as they see it as a breaking of company norm or culture. They tell me indirectly that my orientation doesn’t reflect the company image. They then change the direction back to the ‘old school’ way and we are stuck in the stagnant stage.

Because of this, I’ve been greatly demotivated. Feeling like I’m confused with no clear direction. I’ve always remind myself to be happy because no matter how much effort I put in, the company is not mine; when time come, I’ve to let go.

Diode Laser Hair Removal

Hi girls, I have been having this diode laser for my lips, underarms and legs. So far the result is good where the hair grow much slower and finer almost to non-visible. But I also heard that the treatment should be continued at a gap of few months, not too often as in the beginning because the hair will eventually grow back. Is this correct? Anyone has experience?

Also I am thinking to do for my private part as well. Does it hurt alot? Any side effect?

It is common for some established shopping mall such as KLCC and Mid Valley having female only parking zone for the safety and comfort of female customer. However, I have encounter many time, especially in Mid Valley where male are wandering into those male restricted area. It is clearly written on the entrance NO MAN ARE ALLOWED, still male are ignorant.

Same thing also happen with our KTM system, where male purposely squeeze into female only coach.

It is also common to see male try to go into female changing room area in some boutique, namely Mango, Zara and etc which clearly demarcate the male and female changing area. Reason? I want to see if the clothes fit my girlfriend or wife. But do you know by doing so, you are violating other female privacy?

Please stop being ignorance and respect female right to have our own privacy and comfort zone.

Nvidia Geforce MX150 better than GTX950?

Hi, I’m planning to get myself a mid spec laptop around rm5k. Usage mainly for business presentation, hence size and weight does matter. However, I also do not want to compromise on graphic performance as my business is on the creative media side. Currently eyeing on Huawei Matebook X Pro and HP Pavilion. Both are running on Nvidia Geforce MX150. My old laptop is running on GTX950 which if can I wish to get something better than the old one. I’ve do a quick search and some site was saying RX150 was developed from GTX950 platform and should do better than its predecessor.

I need help here since I’m not a tech savvy person. Thanks alot =)

I have no idea is it only happen in Asia or worldwide. Men are lurking behind the monitor looking for cheap trill in most Women Online Section asking pervert question that obviously does not show respect to us.

I have personally encounter many times in Carousell when men pretending as women to ask for preloved bra and panties. The most disgusting when they even openly ask for the unwash and fresh one. The society is so sickening.

I understand that men are created with higher level of pervertness but please know your limit and how to respect female. Stop to see female as sexual object.

Working with Transgender

Recently my company has a new recruitment, he/she is a transgender (born male with female characteristic). He will come working with female attire. We do not have such experience before working with transgender. Therefore, there are many discussion among the colleague such as how to great him/her? Does he/she use female wasroom? etc.

Getting a New Car

Hi, recently was looking to get myself a new car since gst has been abolished and the sst is no where to be implied yet.

To cut the story short, I’m working in a creative industry, design related. Has to travel oftenly to see clients around the city. So, petrol consumption is one thing in mind.

Second, I’m a lady. I need a car that get me the minimal problem and maintenance. Do not want surprises like break down in the middle of the road.

Thirdly, as I’m in the creative industry, I need something stylish that can represent taste. Of course this is very personal.

I have two models in my mind, a Cx3 or an Altis. I need opinions on how these two model can suit my work style. Hope can get answer here.

p/s : don’t mind if can recommend other alternative within 120-180k.
