Insonmia and Overthink problem

As another few year enter mid 30...
I always start to overthink even very small issue..

Especially health issue.. Although still healthy on last body check (2 years ago)...but once i see read or see any common sickness like High blood pressure, Diabetes, stroke, kidney issue and etc...
I was thinking whether I have those in the future and keep thinking and thinking....

For work wise, every-time when I knew that I need to having customer site visit, or any sort of customer workshop and etc.
I always cant sleep well at all.. I have try to relax myself to sleep alone without my partner, i still not able to sleep well....

Recent sleeping also very easy to awake.. Mostly awake 1 times in midnight... if more worst, it seems like sleeping at noon...keep sleep and awake and really torture me alot...

Was this mid age crisis??

As topic, my sister have a car which register in KL, however when she assign to work in sarawak, she brings the car along and that car stay in sarawak currently.
As the car stays in there, possible to applied the East malaysia roadtax rate? RM70 in west malaysia compare in RM56 in east malaysia.
If yes what are the procedure?

Friend in AKPK getting credit card

As topic, one of my friend kena AKPK since 2020, time to clear the debt around 10 years+
However recently the bank call him and offer him credit card, he got told the guy that he is in AKPK program however the banker say can try. (My friend actually have loan that did not include into AKPK while he applied it, he still able to pay that 1.)
Then after around 2 weeks time, bank ships him the credit card and able to use it and etc...How it can happend? Bank also willing to play high risk high return game?

Plate Interchange between old car

As topic.. as far i understood new plate = unregister vehicle.
But i chat with 1 of my friend, he claim that it is possible to do it the other way which transfer between old car.
I cant confirm on this but what he mentioned like CAR A (Plate ABC1234) able to transfer to CAR B (Plate 1234) and CAR B plate need to transfer to new car/motorbike, is that possible?

Pervious Dell laptop do not have issue on charging...now change to a new dell laptop but sometime it will withdraw power from my laptop instead charging it..
Other cable now issue at all only this cable sometime can and some time cant.. Cable power rate at 100W and brick is rated 67w.
Stock Dell power adapter rated 65w
