Petronas vs Shell vs Exxon?

Hi guys,
I just graduated last month and have passed the interview for the following companies and am awaiting placement :

Petronas
Shell
ExxonMobil

Currently waiting for another company's final stage interview as well.

I have yet to sign any firm contract with any of them as I am still deciding :

I am aware of the salary differences and progression but I would like to know more about the training and cultural differences between these companies.

I enjoy tough competitive environments - job stability is good but not essential for me to feel happy in a work environment. Any comments from the sifus around here regarding which company would fit me? I am a BEng Mechanical engineer BTW.
