Hi all, below is what i plan to do

red - hack off the walls
blue -expected window opening
orange - door position

requirement
-pitch roof for the whole kitchen area (the existing kitchen roof is flat roof, plan to do pitch roof together, so no water leaking issue)
-level flooring for extended maids room with the dry yard
-install 2 window panel of 4"x4" side by side in kitchen, and 1 window panel of 4"x4" for extension maid room
-workmanship cost for floor tiling of extended kitchen (~22x7) and maid room (area not sure. slightly smaller than kitchen), wall tiling to ceiling for kitchen extension (ceiling height is 11", plan to do plaster ceiling)

please give me a rough quotation, or any expert can give me a reasonable range for this kinda work? thanks!
