Why Waytha & GanabatiRau must resign?

this is just my observation and thoughts, not blaming or accusing anyone, i may have missed some details

After the riot that resulted in death of the fireman, everyone from BN, Ph and also other NGOs demanding waytha n ganabati to be sacked or to resign
why? how its their fault?
everyone claiming because waytha blamed the police for not controlling the situation and Ganabati said in fb post 'group of muslims attacked the temple', but how it lead to the riot?
26th early morning, one group around 50ppl (according to police)/200(according to ppl in temple) entered the temple and attacked everyone in the temple, from the videos we can see they were Malays. and they were shouting 'all** ak**r'
some ppl in the temple started to record and some did live videos n it went viral among indians in malaysia,
they claimed in the videos they called the police but police didnt come /some say police came but was just standing outside, the police station just 10min away from the temple
then issue became hot among indians all over malaysia, till this point nobody knows who were the attackers, n nobody had idea that they were the thugs sent by the developers, it looked like some religious fanatics attacked the temple.
then subang jaya police surprisngly posted in fb claiming a fight between two INDIAN groups took place in the temple regarding disagreement in temple land issues. this is what made everyone angry, from videos clearly can see it wasnt a fight, it was an attack by outside group, what is puzzling is why police had to issue such statements
then all the conspiracy theories started to spread, police trying to hide something/police trying to mislead facts,police kawtim already bla bla bla
then some donkeys started to gather around temple, making live videos urging everyone to come and "SAVE' the temple, and as HINDU all indians must come to the temple,
then temple committe members explained there were no fighting between Indian groups. quite number of ppl were injured on the first night
i think waytha was right saying police handle the situation poorly, why didnt police come and try to control situation or they came but didnt do anything? and blatantly lied in their fb post (still no explaination from them)
then to deny the allegations by police that it was indians fighting each other, ganabati wrote in fb saying it was muslims, (based on the videos),
to say ppl who gathered there were acting because of waytha n ganabati were just mere allegations. ppl who went to temple to 'save' the temple followed the viral videos of so called influencers urging public to come and 'save' the temple, and people slowly begin to gather around the temple. around 200-300 ppl gathered in the temple, can bet nobody came because of waytha, all gathered cos they believed some wild conspiracy theories spread in whatsapp and fb and because of the actions of subang jaya police ppl lose trust on authorities
and the second night the hooligans started to burn the vehicles
thats when Bomba came n tried to put down the fire
and from videos we can see hooligans chased away Bomba
then next day we all heard bomba personnel was attacked and was admitted to hospital

whoever attacked the fireman must be punished, riots and demonstration is no excuse to whack a fireman who just doin his job. nobody is or should defend them.

what i was wondering is when ppl started to gather and burning vehicles, what were the police doing, why they didnt control the crowd, they should look back at their riot control procedure
and how did the bomba man got injured, were there any fight, the fire engine driver said Adib was sitting beside him, then the crowd pulled him out from the vehicle and start whacking him,
but another statements shows when they reached back station then only realised Adib wasnt there. and who were the bomba guy who got knocked by the vehicle
who was the guy ppl were carrying looking for transport to send to hospital( was he attacked?). what were police doin when hooligans started to attack the bomba
so many unanswered questions, i think there were serious flaws in SOP from both bomba n police

of course after the incident we know the lawyer paid the thugs to attack the temple, and they were actually trying to make it it look like some race/religion issue, i think they succeded in that aspect, the lawyers paid the thugs RM150000 but who know who else they paid

i think waytha n ganabati are made scapegoat
ppl are angry of the death of the fireman, and waytha n ganabati are easy target
i think waytha shoud resign because unity minister post is useless and he has too much baggage, but not because of this riot
and also all the 'influencers' who called ppl to gather has been arrested by the police
