Anyone into kota kemuning properties!

whats your point of view of the properties in kota kemuning?
Basically i interested at apartment & condominium only. Any recommendation? I did survey at subang but its a bit too old. Im looking at below RM200k price as above that i think is not worth for just a condo or apartment. Abt space, from 800-100 sf is sufficient for me as i will stay alone.

Anyone know about kota kemuning condo opposite mcdonald?

i require a internet connection.....somehow i dont prefer those with phone line connection. Hence i come accross this USB Maxis broadband package.....Rm138/month......speed abt 384kb!!!!

Any other comments & recommendation?btw, the shop told me my area dont have coverage lorr?mine area is USJ 3D!!!!.......

Im current as project engineer @ 27 years old...
Currently i had been looking for job hooping(abt few month already)...currently went through a 2nd interview with mentioned above position!!!....Being discuss abt the job scope, im interested & seems wide exposure...in short im covered south east asia as a regional product engineer....
Abt the package salary offer is 26% higher than my curent pay...but i counter request additional 8% package salary...awaiting till today afternoon for confirmation.....
Actually besides package, im concerning abt my future my career path in the company?THis becos im obtaining my part time MBA......
ALso the reason im plan to leave my current company becos its doest not regconize MBA graduates.....

ANyone having the same position to share abt or any coments? abt future of this career route?

Termination job

my question is
1.) If termination period is 3 month & i have 1 month annual leave, so i will deduct & my notice become 2 months.
Is this practise is upon the labour law or just oni applicable to certain company only? Somehow my offfer letter stated 3 months in writing or 3 month salary.....as my previous resignation i use my annual leave.

What lowest basic for sales?

In sales, the basic is normally being lower than other jobs. Hence my situation now is im currently planning to switch to sales line....some my sales frens commented sales will get 2k-2.5k basic & also depend on experience only can get this amount..if no experience even lower....Is it true? My current basic is at 3k....what are the chances i can get same or a bit higher basic as i have no sales experience....i been working for 5 years....

Recently went tru an interview(sales) & yet he commented the request pay might be lower but will work out a package for me with his director...hence tomorrow i will be meet his director....how shoud i nego & stand firm of my basic?

u planning to leave the company & gone thru interview outside but not yet get any offer yet...somehow my boss offering me a challenge of 6 months duration for the promotion to senior engineer & yet his asking for a confirmation.....but im trying to delaying him.....i dont wan i acept his offer but planning to leave the company....Dont u think i cannot let him know i planning to leave the company?
Need to revert to him next friday....sighhhh....

What will it be when u change job...will you change into same field or different field....
Curent my situation is im myself is a project profession(abt 2 years plus) & currently looking into sales field....
My question is how to fight for better pay when we hook into different field? Im not wiling to get lower basic compare to my existing job...as usual sales line will get lower basic.....additionally im studying part time MBA at the moment....& tryinig to read sales book to prepare some interview....im not sure this wil helps onot!!!!

TO sad my recently interview in sales line was disappointed & get shoot...i wonder why mostly sales personnel get interview by GM, director & etc...i hopefully to go more interview & gain more experience to face the interviewer....

Hope to hear advise from those experience here..cheerss

My GF no trust on me!

i alwis will go cafe on weekends whenever my gf got appointment(shopping or hang out with her frens)....somehow i saw her pass by the nearby place & peep on me...i saw & she claim she go maybank atm.....

recently again i was down due to my company problem....we work in a same company...whenever he did not see me in company...he will call me.....she will call & ask why got gal at side me ....that time i was alone at shopping mall or sometimes at cafe.....what she wanted is when she call me...she wants eveything clear(when i was at my home room).....

Is it my problem & giving her unsecure????btw i dont have any bad backgound history....but i have a bad habit that i like to see pretty gal on the road or whenver pretty gal pass by...this happen even i went out with my gf.....she alwis dont like.....but too me is normal...only see mahhh....why gal so bother of it???

i never question on her even in company a lot guys hang around with her...as company dont know abt our relationship(for abt year plus)......will it be my gal immature?????

Seems in our relaitonship facing the biggest problem...THRUST!!!!!...im a very independent guy & alwis prefer a more mature or independent gal....my gf very dependant on me & she very careless...she is the type of very easy life thinker.....

Earlier i had posting here that a senior post is out & im asked by managmet to apply. Yet the management concluded hired an assistant manager & yet im reporting to him.....
NOw the finalise deal is im not promoted. Hence my boss had been abt 3 times to talk with me & yet im showing him my demotivation to the management. I rally have hard feeling & being in the company for 3rd years, the drive that i had contributed to the company just like that.

Today, my discussion with boss:

He give me a duration of 6 months to judge me on senior project engineer. Within this 6 month, the manamgemet will measure all my project handle. So i ask him back, earlier the management ask me to apply for senior engineer, based upon what the management measure me???????
I told my boss let me think first & will revert to them. I believe he should know what it means. Actually im aggresively looking for job.
To the management, if this 6 months of project measurement is satisfactory, then i will promote to senior project engineer.

Do u think will it be fair a new hire assistant manager to judge me??????????I believe my boss also will be in the loop...i thnk so....

DEAL OR NO DEAL???????

I believe mostly guys experience it....just share it here....

My parents have Me & my elder sister & so im the youngest....since young im alwis apart from house but my sister is close to my parent. Now she married & just stay next house only.....as im working in KL.....now 27.....im looking most probably settle down in kL....yet might get a house in kl...but thigds bothter me where my parents in ipoh....im as a only son should take care of them.....& previously my dad alwis convince me to back work in ipoh for work....as ipoh not much opportunity job...so i do not....when i told my parents wana buy house in kl....she said no need laaa....the house my parent staying is for mee.....i jsut keep quiet....how come after married without house lehh since my career in KL.....my parents become older & older liao......i alwis thinking will i be back to ipoh to work one day????

may u guys share me some comments

dear all

Im currently driving an altis 1.6. I bought it new on 06. The reason i get altis is for confort ride & yet i did some lil mod on it. Somehow planning to swap with a caldina ZT. IM not looking for performance but yet confort & family car....somehow i will get another myvi for my daily work(as i travel a lot).....my plan is to get a myvi first then later will sold of my altis for ZT.

But just to share any comment of the ZT? reliability? resell price? I dont go for gt4 as i worried the maintenance is high....& yet my budget is abt RM135k.....

hi all

Im 27, work as project engineer for 26 month in this company....im looking to climb my career in tis company from senior to managerial....but somehow during 1st year, the company employ a senior engineer(33 years old) almost my scope of work......Hence i just ignore & keep on the drive to work harder & shows results....then 2nd year, i was asked by my boss to apply for senior engineer as the senior eengineer transfer to sales.....It was october 2007 & till now my boss had yet any response of my senior position....Due to workload, company decided to hire another senior engineer to help out...& currently i got to know they got a assistant manager for the job(joining in feb 08).
To me, i really feel no more drive to achieve my career & doubt of my future prospect in this company...

I will definite will highlight this senior position with my boss( during the bonus end this month).....question is if whether i got promoted or not promoted, shoud i stay or leave the company...for info actually i does have looking for job outthere...
1.) if i promoted, most probably i will stay
2.) if not promoted, i will leave...

As im undertaking my MBA, i eager to leave to take up new environment....if i promo to senior, i will stay for 2 years & completed my MBA by then, i will apply for a managerial position...

Pls advise should i?

hi all

im taking part time MBA!
The question will you include your resume(MBA) for new job hunting?
As now im in the mean of the position to senior project engineer which already discused & interview with my boss(instead he the one ask me to apply). As now im still awaiting for the decision from my boss or management. These had been discussed since October 07. im with the company for 27 months.

actually my plan is: i join this company as project engineer, then i target after 2 years im looking at myself into senior Project engineer. In between i will take mba(which currently i am) & after another 2 years(also by then complete my mba)...i will looking to a managerial position. I target latest by 30 i must be in managerial position.

ive been with my gf for < a year.....currently i feel whether she will be future partner....she very tolerate me & care for me...but somehow i dun feel she can be a good wife.....that can take care of a family....her thinking is simplicity & me is complicated...i wondering whether we are incompatible......

sometimes i mostly spend most of the time myself...like play badminton, futsal & hangout with friends.....but she alwis said miss me & this make me sad.....im not sure whether im with her is a love or a pity situation....becos she treat me good.....

betwn im facing some prob as well that my parents asking when me wana marry.... ...this turn up my mind that is she the one....somehow im not planning so early..as i only at 26....not financial stable....& planning further my studiess....

Current as project engineer with:
Basic salary ; RM3k
Claim reimbursement:RM1k(average) - due for travelling
age:26

A agent offering a new job at basic of RM4k + Rm200(parking).This job is in KLCC base as application engineer
My question is my salary is almost the same with my old company, but my old salary is depend on my monthly claim to on par with the new company.if i dun travel a lot that months then my claim will not have much. But this new with no travelling required(need to face to work to far from subang to klcc-jam& toll)...

WHat will u do if there is a opportunity of that?
