Inspired by KYTZ, DecaPix and celciuz, if I may, I myself is a primes whore too. So let the game begin! Please attach too picture(s) of your primes. And maybe we can skip talking about dream gears.

Since I couldn't find anything similar in here, and I'm a big fan of animal/pet photography, I'd love to hear/share with you my experience. To things started, here are some read ups:

To be fair, tips/advice wise they are mostly similar. It's how you convey the message in your photography that's making all the difference.

Sample of my recently took photo.

Yashica 35 GSN, Ilford XP2 Super, ISO (200-800, I forgot, I was using various ISO on that day)

1. Keep your pet/animal calm is important before begin shooting. Get familiarize with their habits, characters and such.
2. Distance, I always like to shoot up close, but nor tele. The feelings are different if you shoot tele.
3. Becareful of lights, alert of the constant changes in natural lights.
4. Watch your surroundings, there might be something that might disturb your subject, be alert.

That's basically what I did. Share yours!
