want to ask. what is the standard/acceptable range of fees for the following. Location= klang valley
1. To add power point (concealed)
2. To relocate the light, plaster ceiling. Including open hold and fill up existing hole
3. To relocate the atenna output.
4. To change existing light to LED light
5. To change ceiling fan

any reliable painter can recommend?
need to paint the interior wall for a 1365 condo. There are 3 rooms but only 2 rooms need painting. another room will use wallpaper.
existing wall is clean, no wallpaper.
other than a room which does not require painting, there is a total area of about 600 in living room will require no painting.....

just got the key for my second hand house. just want to check how i should apply for electricity for my house.
was told that the previous owner need to terminate the electricity first before i can apply for new one. anyone can guide me?
and within how long i can have my electricity connected.

loan lawyer fees

Just want to ask...my lawyer charge me professional fee for preparation of Entry and Withdrawal of private caveat RM350.00 and disbursement of Entry and Withdrawal of Private Caveat of RM420.00. Can anyone advise me what is that? and if it is compulsory, whether the charges are normal...

Lawyer said that it was required by the banker to show them the presentation receipt on private caveat then only the bank will release redemption sum. on the time the name on title is change, then they will do withdrawal...

Usually how long it would take? for my case, it has been more than 5 months....
